Two countries decided to get fruit of these friendly relations for mutual economic development and cooperation in terms of trade relations by signing Pakistan-China free trade agreement (PCFTA) in 2006. Pakistan normally exports different agricultural products to China while imports high-tech products, chemical products and household appliances. Agriculture sector is backbone of Pakistan’s economy and a major source of employment and export earnings. Exports of Pakistan are highly concentrated in agricultural products like sugar, cotton, rice and fruits. This study contains ex post facto analysis of Pakistan-China free trade agreement (PCFTA) on agricultural exports of Pakistan using theoretically justified gravity model. Panel data set containing disaggregated trade data of 110 trade partners of Pakistan for the period dating from 2001 to 2014 analyzed using Poisson Pseudo Maximum-Likelihood (PPML) version of gravity model by using Stata software 14.0. Data on export of all agricultural products of Pakistan were collected from United Nations Commodity Trade Statistics (UN Comtrade) database while the data regarding different macro economic factors like GDP, Population, Exchange rate etc. was extracted from World Bank Development Indicators (WDI) database. Data regarding distance, common border, common language and colonial ties was obtained from website of Centre d'Etudes Prospectives et d'Informations Internationales. The results suggest that PCFTA has very strong trade creation effect on agricultural exports of Pakistan. It has helped in exponential increase in agricultural exports of Pakistan to China and paved the way to promote friendly relations of two countries for further economic cooperation.","PeriodicalId":447068,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of u- and e- Service, Science and Technology","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115768106","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the records indexed in Scopus, we performed a computational analysis of textual data and bibliometric for publications originating in East Asia and the Philippines. The analysis performed measures and produces results in find out the total SS research output of the East Asian Region and the Philippines, global share and rank, impact and growth trends, collaboration levels within the East Asian Region and a text-based keyword research topic trend. The analytical results provide insightful mapping of SS research work in the East Asian Region as well as the Philippines. After processing, the results showed that East Asian countries place most of their efforts on Economics, Sociology, and Political Science. The results also discovered that Social Science research experienced consistent growth in over 18 years. Especially, in the period of 2006-2011 where both East Asian countries and the Philippines experienced great growth in social science research. It has also been identified that older papers are more favored due to a bigger citation window than more recent papers. It has also been found that there has been a steady decrease of cited papers in the East Asian Region and The Philippines within the 18-year scope. The results found find connections with other economic and demographic indicators in East Asian countries as well as the Philippines. The analytic results presently made inferences of this paper will be useful in gauging the performance of professionals within academic institutions within the East Asian region and the Philippines and may provide opportunities for research and improve collaboration within the said countries in the Social Science field of study. However, because of u-learning that virtually done from real classroom, the challenge is to evaluate the real emotions of the students towards the u-learning environment, perception to peers and teacher. The e-learner’s intelligent emotion detection gets the information in real time bases from the virtual class where the students are connected. The different expression of eyes, lips and face are detected real-time. Based on the detection, it is being compared to the pre-determined map of shapes and compare to the data stored in database. The proposed method stated can assist a developer to create a system that can detect the negative mood of the students in an u-learning environment. Using this metrics, the system can analyze whether the student felt bored or interested on a particular content of learning aid thereby providing a continuous feedback mechanism to instructor for enhancing the content and keeping the topics updated and interesting.","PeriodicalId":447068,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of u- and e- Service, Science and Technology","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130516227","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This result can be attributed to the increase in the ticket price in addition to the expansion of the online market. Although South Korean’s average annual movie consumption per capita is among the highest in the world, it is still difficult to estimate the probability of success for any given movie, and as such speculations come with high risks. Even among Holly Wood movies, only 2 or 3 out of 10 movies are successful, and there are many difficulties from development to release. Domestic movie industry also faces high risk, and the average profit from film investment in 2015 was at -7.2%, which shows the extreme difficulty of generating profit from investing in the movie industry. The attempts to minimize the risks by estimating the movie’s success, such as attempting to estimate the number of audience based on quantitative data and deduction of variables, have been partially successful. However, due to the unforeseen effects of social phenomena, many of these predictions have also resulted in failures, which often inflicts in severe financial losses to the producers. This paper demonstrates the use of statistical approach to predict a movie’s success, by analyzing the correlation between the total sales (dependent variable) and a number of potential influential factors (independent variables). In addition, the significance of each potential factor was quantified using Random Forest algorithm","PeriodicalId":447068,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of u- and e- Service, Science and Technology","volume":"121 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128028621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here, game among MNOs and MVNOs will be mainly analyzed. Korea regulation authority tried to introduce MVNOs progressively when high communication cost had been a social issue for several years. The government could not help invigorate competition in the telecommunication market and curb monopoly. The necessity of MVNO introduction was recognized in early 2000s but MVNO launched in 2011 when the mobile telecommunication market was fully saturated in Korea. Korean government tried to improve business conditions for MVNOs and presents MVNO Activation Programs every year. But it may say paradoxically that the market is not fair still. MNOs have both network facilities and market power and negotiating power also. The major issues in MVNO game may be whole sale prices, phone supply, subsidy, monthly rate plans, and Mobile Distribution Act. MNOs and MVNOs vary in strategies according to their characteristics. In Gas accidents, human is damaged directly because most cause is careless handling and inadequate safety equipment, most type is explosion, fire and rupture. Therefore, an advanced safety process is required for enforcing gas safety management. Although correct progress direction in advances safety process is necessary for many devices, methods and system, it is to require analysis method that many different data are analyzed in parallel but each measuring data is analyzed in individual. This paper preferentially aims to check the feasibility of machine learning analysis in order to apply a safety of gas facility, and devise method using artificial intelligent algorithm in order to manage total safety analysis that can analyze simultaneously many different data. At First, the feasibility study must be generally selected target gas facility, collected what kinds of risk factor, and then considered the appropriated machine learning method. Next, our research develops total risk analysis algorithm with a combination method between classification and clustering algorithm. Finally, we developed IGAS (Intelligent Gas Analysis System) for small gas facility version. This method and system are to mark the beginning of analysis method for detecting cause and increasing safety about gas facilities.","PeriodicalId":447068,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of u- and e- Service, Science and Technology","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132566309","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
