Recently the new paradigm named Social Internet of Things has come. Social Internet of Things is one of novel approaches to integrate Internet of Things and Social Network. In Social Internet of Things environment, the amount of data is greatly increasing as it deals with much more information than ever before. This paper proposes a new information retrieval method in Social Internet of Things environment. We design a new retrieval algorithm using a levelized tiered things structure. The proposed structure is an enhanced tiered structure for supporting the social network of Internet of Thing. A scenario using our method is described. In this scenario, our method shows performance improvement of about 70 percent in the lowest level. Then several experiments are performed. The experimental results show that the proposed method's retrieval performance is better than other existing methods in Internet of Things environment.","PeriodicalId":447068,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of u- and e- Service, Science and Technology","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129104680","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the most important objectives of this system is letting the teacher know the current locations of students in real time. There are many cases where a teacher should know where students are but knowing the current locations of students is very difficult. For example, consider a field-trip of visiting a huge 5-story museum. Most of students disappear from the teacher’s sight within a few minutes after entering the museum. If the teacher knows the current location of a student, the teacher may advise the student to visit some educational exhibits near to the student. After the field trip, the teacher may analyze the traces of students to find out the exhibit that is the most attractive to the students. This paper reviews group management related researches and summarizes the desired features that a group management system should offer. Our implementation of a naïve group management prototype is discussed.","PeriodicalId":447068,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of u- and e- Service, Science and Technology","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125427564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, a supply chain has been exposed to various risks because of uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, and etc. These risks expose the vulnerability of a supply chain and threaten the survivability and sustainability of the chain. If a risk occurs in a supply chain, it should be removed or weaken from the supply chain. But, it is not easy to remove or weaken from the chain. Therefore, this study proposes a method to prioritize the risks and to establish a corresponding strategy about them after considering the relationship and fatality of the risks which occur in a supply chain. Since nowadays predicting single class label or tag is not adequate. Predicting large number of variables that depends on each other is required. In sequence labeling it is often beneficial to optimize the tags assigned to the sequence as a whole rather than treating each tag decision separately. A machine learning technique termed as Conditional Random Fields, which is designed for sequence labeling will be used in order to take advantage of the surrounding context. Conditional random fields (CRFs), is a scheme for building probabilistic models to divide and tag sequence data. With a given a labeled set of data, baseline set of features will be created and the accuracy of the CRF suite model created using those features will be measured.","PeriodicalId":447068,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of u- and e- Service, Science and Technology","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123152125","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A survey was used to collect data from NPOs participating in Korea’s public Cultural Portal. Data was collected from a survey of 101 cultural centers and 44 muesums paticipating in Korea’s Cultural Portal. This data was organized according to a 5 point scale.
