Korean NPOs participate in the Culture Portal constructed by the Korean Central Government. We investigate the influence of contract relationships and PSM on the user-satisfaction and work performance of these public web portals by comparing cultural centers and museums. A survey was used to collect data from NPOs participating in Korea’s public Cultural Portal. Data was collected from a survey of 101 cultural centers and 44 muesums paticipating in Korea’s Cultural Portal. This data was organized according to a 5 point scale. According to comparative data analysis, there are a statistically significant difference in manpower support.
