Abstract
Recently, satellite networks that provide network services have received much attention. With satellite networks, it is possible to communicate at higher speeds with more distant areas, and to efficiently manage the employment amount of packets. As a result, many service providers are interested in services over satellite networks. However, satellite networks have many problems such as high transmission time and high packet loss rate.
