Various forms of workshops have been carried out by the service team in Leuwimunding Majalengka village so that digital transformation for mentoring MSMEs can be realized immediately. However, as the number of MSMEs grows, it is increasingly crucial that support and cooperation from external parties, one of which is educational institutions, act as facilitators for the implementation of MSMEs so that more and more MSMEs are prepared to face the digital/online era, carrying out on-boarding and sales. active, increasing the scale of the business, and it is hoped that it will continue, at least to be sustainable and sustainable. The implementation of community service is expected to provide skills through digital marketing training so that MSMEs are able to design appropriate digital marketing strategies. The method of implementing the activity is that the first stage is carrying out Digital Marketing training. Then there is mentoring where MSMEs can implement the knowledge they have gained in training so that MSMEs have the skills to design and determine the right digital marketing strategy. Research methods include field observations to analyze conditions, potential and challenges in the village, interviews with various parties including local communities, pottery craftsmen, village administrators, tourists and related stakeholders, as well as FGDs to obtain input and suggestions regarding tourism development strategies. These results are the basis for developing development strategy recommendations, which are then complemented by digital marketing training assistance for the community and tourism actors. By implementing a targeted digital marketing strategy, this research seeks to strengthen the existence of Pananggungan Pottery Village as an attractive and sustainable tourist destination. The methods used in this research involve a series of qualitative approaches, including field observations, interviews with key stakeholders, and FGDs. Field observations provide a comprehensive picture of village conditions, while interviews provide an opportunity to hear the voices of various stakeholders. FGDs were held to gather ideas and further input from stakeholders. Tridi Village has become a popular tourism destination that attracts tourists with its unique charm. Apart from the wall art, this village also has cultural heritage and local crafts which are an additional attraction. Increasing tourism attractiveness through innovative digital marketing strategies is expected to have a positive impact on economic growth and welfare of the people of Tridi Village. This research explores the application of creative thinking methods in developing digital marketing strategies to increase the tourism attractiveness of Kampung Tridi. Through brainstorming and mind mapping sessions, the people of Kampung Tridi are actively involved in generating innovative ideas related to the potential of tourism, arts and local culture. Brainstorming sessions create a collaborative space without critical boundaries, while mind mapping graphically visualizes the relationships between ideas. The result is an integrated digital marketing strategy, designed to increase tourist visits and empower the local economy. The main focus is understanding how participatory approaches can be used to increase community awareness and involvement in organic waste management. Community participation in organic waste management and evaluating the effectiveness of various policies and programs that have been implemented. Empowerment results show that through training, counseling and development of supporting infrastructure, the people of Crimen Village can be more actively involved in collecting and processing organic waste. Community empowerment is implemented through the formation of small groups responsible for managing organic waste at the household level. This program not only provides environmental benefits, but also has a positive impact on community welfare through economic involvement in compost production and related activities. One optimal way to support children's growth and development is by monitoring growth and development at the posyandu. The readiness of posyandu cadres is one of the posyandu services in providing basic services. Activities to monitor children's nutritional status are supported by the community who come to the posyandu through cadre participation. The aim of this community service is to provide training to cadres about Panaikan Village. The target of this community service is posyandu cadres. Community service is carried out for 2 days. The methods used are pretest, education, training and posttest. The Pre Test was carried out to determine the cadres' initial knowledge about early detection of growth and development in toddlers. The main theme of the service is \"Building Global Connections: International Volunteer Tourism, Education, and Health,\" which involves information sessions, focus group discussions (FGD), as well as the active participation of foreign volunteers from various countries. Based on the results of research entitled \"Perceptions and Prospective Analysis of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on Human Resources in the Indonesian Industry 4.0,\" Human Resources in Industry is a crucial variable in changes in Indonesia's movement to prepare for industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 can be interpreted as an industrial era in which all entities or devices within it are made able to communicate with each other in real time at any time by utilizing internet technology, in order to achieve the goal of creating new value or optimizing existing value from every process in the industry. . The results of the pre-test and post-test on 8 respondents showed an increase after the pre-test of 87.5%, which was dominated by housewives in the digital entrepreneurship strategy workshop. By increasing counselor competency in using metaphor techniques, it is hoped that counseling services at SMK Negeri 5 Malang can run better and more efficiently. This community service activity will be carried out in the form of training using the flipped classroom model and experiential learning. The flipped classroom model is used to help participants master the concepts and procedures of metaphor techniques in counseling. Meanwhile, experiential learning is used to improve participants' skills in applying metaphor techniques in counseling. This training was carried out by three lecturers at the Department of Guidance and Counseling, State University of Malang and attended by seven counselors at State Vocational School 5 Malang. The training was carried out in three sessions. The first session was held online asynchronously. In this session, participants are asked to study the material independently through the guides and training materials that have been provided. The second training session was carried out online synchronously. In this session, participants were invited to discuss and explore the concept of metaphor that had been studied independently in the first session. In the third session, participants were invited to practice knowledge about metaphors in counseling sessions. Measurements after the training activities showed that there was an increase in the participants' post-test scores compared to the pre-test scores. Student problems increase as time goes by and the use of the internet becomes more widespread. The use of the internet in social media has a significant impact on people's social lives. Communication is becoming easier and cheaper so that individuals can obtain information quickly. The dissemination of information and the communication process is one of the important points in the formation of a new phenomenon using social media. One topic of concern is attitudes or behavior of intolerance, hatred, or even racism on social media carried out by teenagers. Based on these conditions, guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in Malang Raya have difficulty choosing an intervention model that suits the characteristics and needs related to the problems they face. So far they have only used counseling or cybercounselling models that were developed based on Western theories, even though there is an obligation for guidance and counseling teachers to help high school students internalize moral values that are in accordance with Indonesian society. Therefore, implementing this training is important to improve the competency of Malang Raya BK teachers in implementing solution-focused online counseling services that include Pancasila values. The training implementation uses a structured learning approach (structured learning approach) combined with a project-based learning approach which is carried out in a combination of offline and online (blended learning) so that the training implementation is more effective with a continuous mentoring system.
