According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), in 2021 the number of MSMEs will reach 65.46 million units. Maju Sejahtera is an MSME in Panjang Mesjid Village, Panjang Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province which operates in the food service sector producing gongseng coconut. This group has been running its business since 2019 and produces around 30-50 kg of gongseng coconut every week with a market selling price of around 50 thousand per kilogram. This fishing business group has 5 freelance workers and has assets of around 24 million rupiah. However, recently the production and sales of gongseng coconut have decreased, this is due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world, so it indirectly affects the demand for gongseng coconut. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, MSME Maju Sejahtera had an obstacle in running a business in the field of product marketing, the system that had been used was still traditional, namely marketing to local traders or the products were taken by collectors, then MSME Maju Sejahtera had no business management or financial management, during This often causes problems in financial management, namely business finances are often combined with family finances so it is very difficult to see profits in the business. The aim of this service activity is to increase partners' knowledge in business management and digital marketing. The implementation method is to provide business management training and direct digital sales practice through marketplaces and social media. However, many parents need guidance and understanding to run homeschooling effectively. This activity aims to improve the quality of homeschooling education by providing training and guidance to parents. It is hoped that children who participate in homeschooling will receive an education equivalent to formal education standards. The methods used in this activity include practical training and direct guidance to parents who choose homeschooling as their child's education method. Activity participants are provided with knowledge about relevant curricula, effective teaching methods, and appropriate educational resources. Apart from that, they are also taught how to develop their children's social and emotional abilities. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in parents' understanding of homeschooling as an effective educational method. So they are able to design a curriculum according to needs, apply effective teaching methods, and support children's development in various aspects. This community service activity makes a positive contribution in improving the quality of homeschooling education in Bandar Lampung. With the development of the digital age, fraud can be carried out online as fraud today knows no boundaries of time and place. Bago Village is one of the remote villages in Slagen District that needs to improve its digital literacy. This is evidenced by the continued online fraud in the Bago village area. To avoid these problems, a digital competence consultation can be conducted. The purpose of this advice is to avoid online scams, use electronic devices more cautiously, and improve your digital prowess when dealing with social media. As a method, after socialization, the participants are measured by a questionnaire, and the counseling method is used to evaluate the results. The survey revealed that almost everyone in Bagor Village, Miri and Slagen use social media in their daily lives. In addition, 93.94% of the counseling participants were satisfied with their counseling activities regarding online fraud and improved their digital literacy knowledge to always be cautious when using social media. Finally, 95.45% of the participants hoped that such activities would be held regularly due to the rapid development of technology. Efforts to overcome MSME marketing include providing training to his MSME stakeholders through digitization. Digitization of MSME is an attempt by an MSME subject to digitize the marketing of his MSME products. Simply put, it makes it easier for business people to sell their products online in an increasingly demanding technology age. One of his ways to digitize MSME product marketing is with the Canva application. Canva is an online design program that offers video, image or photo editing, graphic design and more. The service activities conducted are intended to provide insight into the use of social media by MSMEs in conducting promotions and creating engaging and easy-to-implement product content. Training will also be provided to MSMEs in Kebun Durian Village to utilize the results of MSMEs in promoting digital technology. Limitations in making periodic reports cause difficulties for cooperatives in providing accurate MSME member data information to the MSME Cooperative Service. To overcome this problem, we developed a computer and database system that would make data collection easier. This system enables efficient and easy monitoring of member data, considering the large number of members who are members of the community. Through community service activities, we have succeeded in producing a website application that uses JavaScript programming language technology with the Next.js Library and the MongoDB database. This application assists the community in collecting data and searching for member data, as well as creating member business identities through online cards that can be accessed from anywhere via the internet. The information system that has been developed provides a solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data collection for MSME members, as well as facilitating easier access to information for related parties, such as the MSME Cooperative Office. With this website application, UMKM Paguyuban Kota Bekasi can carry out data collection activities more effectively and efficiently.
