We use the correlation analysis and principal component analysis to select the user information, and then use the multiple regression model, the gray prediction model and the multitasking model to predict and analyze the results. It is found that MAE values of the gray prediction are better than the multiple regression model Multi-task model, the overall effect of the prediction between 0.8 and 0.9, the overall accuracy of good prediction. This shows that gray prediction in the user's personality prediction shows a good generalization and non-linear ability.","PeriodicalId":446641,"journal":{"name":"2017 16th International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications to Business, Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127031702","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper analyzes the data flowing out and out of some users of the balance. The use of more than 28,000 users of the balance in 14 months according to operating records, the user will be separated from large users, the remaining users by operating frequency is divided into inactive users, more active users, active users, ultra-active users. The ARIMA model is used to model the five classes respectively. Finally, the prediction results of the classification are obtained. There are significant differences in the inflow and outflow patterns of these five categories of people. The results of classification prediction are better than the overall forecast in the prediction of capital inflow.","PeriodicalId":446641,"journal":{"name":"2017 16th International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications to Business, Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123023718","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In large-scale applications, a common alternative is to use cluster which have multiple nodes and multiple cores to accelerate the time of solving problem. Most of the existing distributed PCA algorithm focus on reducing the communication, and there is little attention to the frequent waiting phenomenon caused by the synchronization mechanism. Meanwhile, most of these works are based on either the distributed memory of the processes-level parallelism or the shared memory of threads-level parallelism. In this paper, we propose a fast distributed PCA algorithm with variance reduced, which based on stochastic sampling and Stale Synchronous Parallel. Our algorithm contains the processes-level and threads-level parallelism. Experiments on the \"Tianhe-2\" super computer demonstrate that our algorithm has a good performance, speedup, and scalability.","PeriodicalId":446641,"journal":{"name":"2017 16th International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications to Business, Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"209 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122603723","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Affected by the channel condition between base station and users, some users could not directly receive the content from base station. Fortunately, D2D (Device to Device) multicast communication allows the users who obtained the content to further multicast it to other users. In this paper, we focus on the propagation of contents in overlay D2D cellular network. For the deadlineconstrained contents, considering the queuing time waiting in the buffer before transmission, how to properly schedule them to maximize the system capacity is crucial. We formulate the scheduling problem with the objective of optimizing the throughput of the system and solve it using the Markov Decision Process (MDP) theory. Extensive simulation results are provided to demonstrate that our scheduling algorithm can efficiently improve the throughput of system.","PeriodicalId":446641,"journal":{"name":"2017 16th International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications to Business, Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127551743","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we proposed an approach to optimize the data transfer operations between CPU and GPU by analysing the data dependency and reorganizing source code. We found that not only the data transmission through PCIe bus is time consuming, but also the preparation and cleaning work for data transfer operations. This cost will be dramatically increased if the program contains many kernel calls. Therefore, we firstly defined and analyzed the data copy in (out) path for each data transfer operation utilizing compiler techniques. The data copy in or copy out operation can be migrated along with its data copy path. Multiple data transfer operations could be merged into one operation if they are of the same transfer direction and their data copy paths have overlap. Migrating and merging multiple data transfer operations could obviously reduce the number of data exchange times and the system resource consumption.","PeriodicalId":446641,"journal":{"name":"2017 16th International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications to Business, Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131051597","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
