The extraction of data information based on text characteristic extraction is a key step. In this paper, the traditional TF-IDF method is improved by introducing the part of speech weight coefficient and the position weight (span weight) of the characteristic word. The experimental results show that the improved method can effectively improve the clustering effect of the characteristic words, and is better able to reflect the textual characteristics. Applying it to the public opinion analysis system has achieved good results.","PeriodicalId":446641,"journal":{"name":"2017 16th International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications to Business, Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133316120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to their robustness and value, such systems often form organisations' backbones. However, these systems are inflexible and have many maintainability and scalability issues. Thus, they need to be modernised and migrated to new paradigms that offer agility, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. To accomplish this goal, this paper provides a review of case studies drawn from various domains and using diverse migration techniques. However, not all the migration approaches provide details of how to migrate successfully. The quality metrics and requirements of the migration process still need to be considered. Therefore, a system migration life cycle (SMLC) is presented as a generic and adaptable framework that can be used (fully or partially) for a large number of legacy applications. This paper also focuses on the pre-migration stage of SMLC and it shows how to use AHP to design a unique pathway based on business motivations and user requirements.","PeriodicalId":446641,"journal":{"name":"2017 16th International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications to Business, Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114131331","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Multiple Access Scheme is one of the most important aspects that have been an area of interest for the majority as 5G is expected to accommodate large number of users with high speed of data transmission. This paper review the latest developments in the field of research concerning Sparse code multiple access (SCMA) and Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA). Ann extensive research has been carried out to identify the recent developments and their results are presented in this paper. This study has found that most of the recent developments in SCMA were focusing on achieving lower complexity levels, low BER, and effective and efficient energy utilization, and the recent developments identified regarding NOMA focused especially on the performance attributes like spectral efficiency, spatial efficiency, low BER and latency, and resource allocation and multiple access.","PeriodicalId":446641,"journal":{"name":"2017 16th International Symposium on Distributed Computing and Applications to Business, Engineering and Science (DCABES)","volume":"118 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126719785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
