Abstract

The scientific planning and reasonable layout of the community library has important practical significance for the realization of the nationwide reading. From the point of view of quantitative analysis, we propose community library location model based on the subsection utility function, which not only takes the traffic factors into account, but also considers the environmental factors. We obtain exact solution of the problem with LINGO software, and discuss the relationship between the number of constraints and the value of the objective function, as well as the coverage radius.
