The main instrument used in this research is interviews with a number of informants who are considered to have the capacity to address the issues that are the focus of this study. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out in stages: data reduction, data display, and data verification or drawing conclusions. The research results show that the three indicators are as follows: 1). In the transparency indicator so far the achievements have been relatively good, because the district always tries to provide the necessary information and data to the public or people who need it; 2) on the indicator of law enforcement as a reflection of good governance so far the achievements have been relatively good although not yet optimal, especially in terms of increasing employee discipline which is still experiencing maximum improvement specifically in terms of activity in the office; 3) the accountability indicators so far have been going quite well, the thing that is of particular concern to this indicator is the timeliness in compiling and submitting accountability reports from employees to the leadership which sometimes still experience delays.","PeriodicalId":446498,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Economics and Management Research","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135054086","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Primary needs, secondary needs, and tertiary needs are the three sorts of needs that humans have. All of these requirements, especially basic requirements, are critical to human survival. The fundamental necessities themselves are food, clothing, and shelter, i.e. the need for important goods like clothing, food, and shelter. The most crucial element is the necessity for a place to live, a place to dwell or what we often refer to as home, as a place for us to take refuge and socialise with the environment. As a result, many people desire a suitable place to reside. This study took a quantitative approach, with 195 persons chosen utilising the Accidental Sampling technique.
