The paper indicates that the reserve requirement ratio adjustment although dose not influence the stock index directly, but still have some indirect effects. Firstly, when the stock market rises or falls. The stock index will not be influenced by the reserve requirement ratio adjustment in a short term. Secondly, when the stock market is in a period of adjustment. Raising the reserve requirement ratio will make the stock index fall, but it will not last for a long time. Thirdly, when the stock market falls obviously. After the policy which is lowering the reserve requirement ratio achieves a certain result. Some investors will invest in stock, but it will not last for a long time yet. This paper investigates the application of statistics models to measure GCV quickly and accurately using coal components with mensuration that has been achieved in real time on-line in China to meet practical demands. Linear regression (LM), nonlinear regression equation (NLM), and artificial neural networks (ANN) have been developed for the estimation of GCV by researchers. In this paper, 1400 data points are used to predict the GCV of China coal. The estimating methodology progress is determined using the support vector machine (SVM), and the estimating robustness is evaluated. The comparison study manifested that the SVM model outperformed the three existing models in terms of accuracy and robustness. We firstly establish an evaluation system of comprehensive indicators for new-type urbanization. Then using statistical data including 12 provinces in the western regions from 2006 to 2014, we examine the levels of development for new-type urbanization based on the PCA (principal component analysis). The results show that the new-type urbanization in the western provinces suffers from uneven development. Moreover, we use a panel data model to analyze the degree of financial support for new-type urbanization in the western provinces. Empirical results show that financial development is conducive to promoting the development of new-type urbanization. In addition, the financial support is insufficient to the development of new-type urbanization. Based on the dynamic game model, this paper studies the two kinds of free allocations' impact on trading price and enterprises' profits in the carbon market, and takes the power industry as an example to test the above research conclusions. This leads to frustration in the team. There is a huge need to study how social network relations influence the knowledge sharing process in UITs. In this paper, we applied the social network theory to UITs' knowledge sharing process. Based on theory analysis, we conducted an empirical research on a UIT. Using the data, we analyzed the relationship network in knowledge sharing process in UITs using SNA to test the above theory. It attempts to analyze the influence mechanism of the spatial agglomeration of IT resources on the distribution of business services, and based on the data of Shanghai business services empirical study of the relationship between them carries out. It finds IT resources agglomeration significantly influence the overall distribution of business service in Shanghai. And business services in spatial unit number are inversely proportional to distance to IT resource agglomeration. Then based on the current situation of China, the author proposed an evaluation system about “Smart City” construction potential which includes five aspects: information infrastructure, the level of economic development, science and technology supporting ability, the level of urban industrial development, and urban competitiveness. Through KPCA, the research made the sort and potential evaluation about 13 main cities of China and, by applying clustering method, the research classified the cities based on the result of evaluation.
