Research on influence factors of knowledge sharing in industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation

Abstract

Enterprises, universities and research institutions comprise the industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation strategic alliance which is based on the principle of having complementary advantages, risk sharing and benefit sharing. It is an important way to establish an innovation-oriented country. Based on the relationship of the knowledge spillover and knowledge sharing in the process of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation, the paper puts forward the influenced factors model of knowledge sharing to analyze the influenced factors in the industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation. The paper aims to provide importantly practical value to the main participant bodies of knowledge sharing via knowledge management to promote knowledge sharing efficiency in industry-university research institute collaborative innovation.
