A cross-sectional study was carried out. A total of 60 experts from the Athletics Federation participated in the study. To collect data, a modified questionnaire by Mohammadi (2016) was used. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by sports management professors and its reliability was higher than 0.7. In order to analyze the research data, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 22) was used, and to perform structural equations and model presentation the AMOS software was used. Based on the results of the exploratory factor analysis, eight factors were identified, which in order of priority included technical skills, management skills, classroom teaching techniques, motivational skills, individual and moral characteristics, sport characteristics and work experience, emotional and human characteristics and social characteristics. Also, the results of the structural equation modeling test showed that all factors were statistically significant (p = 0.001) and the research model had a good fit. Regarding the results of the research, it was concluded that for coaches to perform more successful, technical and management skills should be given more importance than other factors. The role of athletics programs in training coaches is also very important. Therefore, developing the capabilities of coaches is not possible without using a system of monitoring and evaluating performance.","PeriodicalId":44430,"journal":{"name":"Sport TK-Revista Euroamericana de Ciencias del Deporte","volume":"3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74017785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, unfortunately the sports organizations and individual right holders encounter problems regarding protection issues. There is a strong need to ensure the protection of these rights, and strengthen their potential to generate income from them. The use of intellectual property in modern conditions is a significant financial asset of the sports sphere. When acquiring rights of intellectual property, sports organizations, athletes and other rights holders often feel the need for legal regulation, protection and commercialization of intellectual property, as this is a prerequisite for their further profitable use. Hence, the present research aimed to study peculiarities of legal support, implementation and protection of intellectual property rights in the field of sports.","PeriodicalId":44430,"journal":{"name":"Sport TK-Revista Euroamericana de Ciencias del Deporte","volume":"18 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74498878","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Objective: To find out the effect of high-power laser treatment, either alone or in combination with exercise, on wrist pain, function and joint position sense in female gymnasts with non-specific chronic wrist pain. Methods: Thirty-six female gymnasts (aged 10 to 16 years) who were diagnosed with non-specific wrist pain were recruited as the participants for the study, and were randomly allocated into three groups. The participants of the laser therapy group received only high power laser therapy, the exercise program group participants received exercises only, and the participants of the combined therapy group received both laser and exercises. Pain, function, and joint position sense were the outcomes measures in the study. Results: In all treatment groups, all measured results improved after therapy. The laser therapy group had the least significant impact, whereas the combined therapy group had the most significant impact. Conclusion: It might be early to say whether solely high-power laser therapy is an effective non-invasive modality for treating female gymnasts with non-specific chronic wrist pain. The addition of associated co-interventions to high power laser treatment can improve the beneficial effects of laser therapy.","PeriodicalId":44430,"journal":{"name":"Sport TK-Revista Euroamericana de Ciencias del Deporte","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77364860","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An initial approach would be to calculate the visibility of the brands’ ads during a broadcast, which is usually characterized in terms of exposition time. Classically, this time was computed manually by visual inspection, but computer vision algorithms have recently automated this process, providing some sort of cost effectiveness parameter. This study goes a step further by proposing a new and complementary research methodology to assess the effectiveness of ads in esports, based on implicit research techniques such as electroencephalogram, galvanic skin response, eye-tracking, and analysis of the gaze behavior of the viewers, along with their emotional and cognitive states. Although there is no scarcity of studies on market investigation and advertising employing these research methodologies, these have not been applied to esports research yet. This study reports the implementation of this methodology in a case study with 48 participants during a given esports match. It is also demonstrated how these new metrics, which capture the non-conscious states of viewers, can be used to assess the performance of ads (in this case, brand logos). Additionally, it is shown how ad exposition time (widely accepted metric to assess ad effectiveness) presents an error of 60.18% with respect to real visualization, and how the methodology presented herein can be used to find the best placements for ad/brand exposure during esports broadcast.\u0000 Es difícil evaluar la eficacia real del patrocinio de los esports para una marca. This analysis was done according to the Theory of Planned Behavior. A survey was conducted on 100 older adults (more than 65 years old) of Central Taiwan. After eliminating the invalid questionnaires, 87 questionnaires were taken back successfully (valid response rate = 87%). Questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. It was found that the ability to maintain exercise was the most important factor for engaging in health promotion activities. The participation in health exercise courses in a community care center can help older adults to maintain good physical health and can increase social interaction and participation in the community. Therefore, the community health exercise courses are an effective strategy to maintain the regular exercise behavior of older adults in Taiwan.\u0000 El propósito de este estudio fue analizar la conducta de ejercicio y de promoción de la salud en adultos mayores taiwaneses que participaban regularmente en cursos de ejercicio en un centro comunitario de cuidado de ancianos.
