A total of 12 women (aged 20-25 years) with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) participated in the randomized controlled trial design. They were divided equally into two groups (experimental and control group). The experimental group received the physical-nutritional program accompanying the treatment program, while the control group received only the instructions of the specialist doctor and the treatment program prepared by them. The two researchers applied their nutritional program over a period of two months and a day. As for the physical program, it was applied by 3 units per week, for a period of two months, which included a set of aerobic exercises. The assessments were done using the ultrasound assessment for radiographic examination and other body measurements such as BMI (Body Mass Index). The statistical analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results of the current study showed that there were statistically significant differences between pre and post-test results of the experimental and control group for the study variables, in favor of the post-test (p < 0.05). Statistically significant differences were also found between the post-test score averages of the experimental and the control group, in favor of the experimental group (p < 0.05). In conclusion, diet helps to improve the work of vital organizations by targeting insulin resistance to reduce it, as it is one of the indicators that works to increase polycystic ovaries. Ball sports are considered one of the most important sports in our societies today because of their wide and enthusiastic audience. The aim of the study was to analyze the history of ball games, namely football, handball, basketball and volleyball, and to study them as a general historical follow-up study with a simple initial formula. It was also aimed to study the importance of sports to humans. There is a close relationship between ball games and environmental conditions. The place and the climate had an impact on the discovery of some of these games. Some of them have a wide and likable audience, and some were practiced by a certain aristocracy, and had an ethnic influence on their practice because of their popularity. Others derived from a second game played with new atmospheres and new laws. As long as there is a development in human life in general and in the sports fields in particular, we will find that sports are required and renewed, and this development must result in the discovery of new games, which in turn will enter the competitive fields.","PeriodicalId":44430,"journal":{"name":"Sport TK-Revista Euroamericana de Ciencias del Deporte","volume":"12 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-08-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72604103","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The researcher used the experimental method by designing two equivalent groups (control and experimental) according to the pre and post-tests. The research community was determined by 200 football players of the Baghdad governorate clubs (9 clubs), the junior category participating in the league for the season 2021/2022. The research sample was chosen deliberately and consisted of 20 junior players of the Al-Naft Sports Club (Peshmerga club hall). They were divided into two groups (control and experimental) in a random way through lottery and each group consisted of 10 players. The search data was processed through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of our study showed statistically significant differences between the pre-test and the post-test in favor of the post-test (p < 0.05). Also, the experimental group outperformed the control group in the post-test (p < 0.05). In conclusion, the special exercises that were prepared by the researcher showed that they have a great effect on the research variables, and that the experimental group showed a greater development than the control group. The method of repetitive training used in this research contributed positively to the development of speed and skills. To solve the nature of the current problem, the two researchers used the descriptive approach of the survey method. The two researchers determined their research community by limiting the sample to all faculty members in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad (Al-Mustansiriya University, Al-Jadriya Univeristy & Al-Waziriyah University). Their number reached 314 faculty members and the two researchers determined their research community by 90%, so the research sample was 283 faculty members. To achieve the objective of the study, a special and codified questionnaire on the Iraqi environment was identified. The statistical analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). It was found that academic leaders have the ability to arouse fear among faculty members from time to time, and academic leaders’ decision-makers stay away from the participation of faculty members when crises occur. Furthermore, academic decision-makers have the ability to evoke the principle of encouragement and perseverance in work and give warnings and directions to work well and away from reluctance.","PeriodicalId":44430,"journal":{"name":"Sport TK-Revista Euroamericana de Ciencias del Deporte","volume":"3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-08-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83911736","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was also aimed to focus on the teaching of these art forms, as well as modern and foreign dance forms in Ukraine and around the world, and to examine the element of choreography in modern arts education. Both qualitative as well as quantitative methods of data collection were used. Data collection took the form of primary research (a survey consisting of 2 questions related to dance education and choreography) and secondary research (a set of 11 major articles). The survey was conducted on 51 dancers (teachers and students of fine arts) and the questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Artists of pure traditional descent still believe in reviving traditional forms of dance in their true form, rather than combining them with other contemporary styles. The participants were of the opinion that the popularity of dance education is falling in popularity over the years, and also do not see the fusion genre of choreography as authentic or sharing the traditional or cultural values of the traditional dance forms. The results also showed that the system of art education is an efficient manner of transferring knowledge about the choreography of traditional and modern dance forms all across the world and that people associate traditional dance forms with cultural identity. Our study indicated a continuing legacy of art education for dance forms and their choreography for the coming generations, also the continuous existence of the traditional and modern art forms in their original and fused forms.","PeriodicalId":44430,"journal":{"name":"Sport TK-Revista Euroamericana de Ciencias del Deporte","volume":"68 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-08-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72904375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is especially true for those territories, which are now only fragmentarily represented in Ukrainian art history. The aim of this study was to identify the main trends and establish the peculiarities of socio-cultural and pedagogical aspects of regional dance schools in Ukraine. This cross-sectional study was carried out on a sample of 264 scientific and pedagogical employees engaged in scientific and teaching activities in the field of choreography at higher education institutions in Ukraine, namely Kyiv University of Culture, Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (KNUCA), Volyn National University named after Lesya Ukrainka, and Kyiv Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts. While writing this article, we also analyzed the works of international researchers. A questionnaire consisting of 4 questions was used for data collection and the analytical methods were descriptive statistics (percentage). According to the study results, the features of the formation of choreographic schools in different geographical and cultural regions of Ukraine highlight promising areas of their development from the perspective of scholars of choreography engaged in scientific and teaching activities in higher education institutions. In conclusion, Ukrainian regional choreography is a creative and multidimensional phenomenon. In each region of Ukraine, folk ethnography is characterized by its authentic features and way of performance due to geographical, historical, social, political, economic, and other factors.","PeriodicalId":44430,"journal":{"name":"Sport TK-Revista Euroamericana de Ciencias del Deporte","volume":"44 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-08-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81081977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
