 Purpose: A film entitled Calaccitra Undagi Mahottama (CUM) is used as a model for documenting cultural actors, as a starting point and inspiration for the development of a culture-based creative industry, as suggestions on synergies between villages, local governments, educational institutions, and centers in cultural conservation with digital cultural heritage repositories.
 Research methods: This descriptive research empirically examines objects with a qualitative-analytic approach. The research inductively dissects the film CUM as a case object, from concept to process, and then synthesizes a documentary film formulation as a solution to preserving Balinese culture through RDWB.
 Findings: Synergy Scheme Map of the Village Video Movement with the Cultural Heritage Digital Repository, with CUM movie as a pilot project. The position of CUM's documentary films is to prioritize cultural preservation through biographical historical information with a historical approach. Bali needs more data collection on cultural resource assets in villages that still need to be appointed.
 Implication: The position of the Provincial Government of Bali is to be the leading actor, apart from being the initiator and also the leading actor in the process, supported by educational institutions and related social institutions as cultural curators.","PeriodicalId":44369,"journal":{"name":"Bali Medical Journal","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135165467","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

 Research methods: The research consists of four variables consisting of one dependent variable and three independent variables. The data used are secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and journals. The data processed is quantitative data from 2018-2022 used SPSS ver. 25.
 Results and discussions: 84.20% of poverty is influenced by the open unemployment rate, human development index, and GRDP, while 15.80% is influenced by other variables. Unemployment rate has a positive effect on poverty, human development index has a negative effect on poverty, and GRDP has a positive effect on poverty.
 Implication: This research is limited to independent variables such as the Human Development Index, Open Unemployment Rate, and GRDP. Therefore, the development of this research can still be carried out by including other variables that do not exist in this study.  Research methods: Data were collected using interview and observation methods with the help of note-taking techniques, then analyzed using descriptive-qualitative methods.  Results and discussion: Kulkul in Balinese society has a communicative function of language: informational, directive, aesthetic, and phatic. Based on this function, kulkul implies odalan (religious ceremony at the temple), kepancabhayan (crush), baya pati (rage), sangkepan/peparuman (meeting) or ngayah (mutual cooperation), and kelayusekaran (death of residents). Thus, translation is not just about translating languages, but also exploring cultures. This can be seen from the translation of traditional Balinese food menus which used to present various names of special dishes as part of Balinese local wisdom. The translation of traditional Balinese food menus is interesting to study since there are no professional translators involved in making it and the emergence of various technical terms are not easy to translate. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method to analyze data and determine the translation strategy by considering the aspects of ingredients, taste, size, process, and shape. The theoretical framework by Newmark (1988) was applied to examine the data. The results of the analysis show that the food menu translation strategy which includes expansion and descriptive equivalent are based on several aspects of food menu translation.","PeriodicalId":44369,"journal":{"name":"Bali Medical Journal","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2023-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83490774","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
