However, despite this high potential, scholars need to pay more attention to the benefits of corpus to junior dictionary development of Indonesia’s local language, i.e., the Balinese language. To fill this gap, the researcher built a 56590 word-sized corpus from the data obtained from published Balinese short stories and children’s songs. AntCont version 4.1.1 software was employed to retrieve words and collocations, focusing on selecting nouns for the junior dictionary entries. The study was the first of its kind to utilise corpus to design a junior dictionary for the Balinese language. Theoretically, this study significantly improved the design of a new corpus-based dictionary for junior users that entails unique and culturally bound words in Balinese. This research and development study constructed an English module for the local guides at the lontar museum. The needs analysis derived from the observation of the museum, and interviews with the guides, investigated the guides’ necessities, lacks, and wants in learning English. The result showed that the local guides needed modules where the materials correspond to the guiding sequences of the museum. The materials had to also accommodate the translation of museum lontar-specific terms into English. Conversation-based materials were the most requested, as it resembled their daily interaction with visitors. These findings served as the base for the material development of the English module. A mixed-method                strategy was utilized, where a quantitative technique was used to determine the level of compliance. A qualitative inquiry with a case study method was also used to assess the influence of spatial attributes on human behavior. The respondents were selected using accidental sampling during peak times for a week. The sport activities observed were      fitness, which was available in several spots of parks. Based on human behavior theories, the fitness space equipped with COVID-19 mitigation measures has not provided optimal stimuli to the people in complying with health protocols, leading to low compliance levels. This paper seeks to demonstrate the existence of women farmers within patriarchal power with an ecofeminism approach in Subak Bulung Daya, Antap Village, Tabanan Regency. Qualitative methods with critical ethnographic analysis were implemented. According to this study, women are responsible for carrying out agricultural rituals and helping their husbands in all agricultural activities. However, patriarchal power marginalizes women in the subak system and must accept a double burden in the domestic and public spheres, thus demonstrating a paradoxical model of eco-feminism. In Study 1, 44 Balinese speakers each rated the relative acceptability of the Subject- and Object-control readings of 272 Balinese sentences of this type. In Study 2, 20 Balinese speakers rated the likelihood of scenarios corresponding to the Subject- and Object-control readings of the sentences from Study 1. Counter to our predictions, however, these ratings did not significantly predict the relative acceptability of the Subject- and Object-control readings from Study 1, apparently because of other, uncontrolled differences between the verbs.  Research methods: The research uses a qualitative approach through the case study method. Data collection techniques through participatory observation and interviews with 1 key informant and 8 supporting informants who are employees of the hotel. Qualitative data analysis starts from data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions.
 Result and discussion: The results of the study revealed that HRM practices prior to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic were carried out in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures related to recruitment and selection, training and human resource development, and performance appraisal. In the Covid-19 condition, HR plays a role in empowering human resources, carrying out economic activities, generating profits and maintaining service quality to get customer satisfaction.
 Implications: Several theoretical reviews reveal corporate sustainability indicators such as human resource empowerment, economy, profit and customer satisfaction.  Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi. Kuantatif korelasi merupakan metode penelitian dengan mempelajari hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, yaitu sejauh mana variasi dalam satu variabel berhubungan dengan variasi dalam variabel yang lainnya.
 Hasil dan pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran memiliki korelasi yang positif terhadap perilaku ASN. Semakin tinggi tingkat kesadarannya maka perilaku ASN semakin baik.
 Implikasi: Kesadaran berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku ASN.  Implikasi: Penguasaan terhadap pengoperasian teknologi wajib didukung dengan mulat sarira atau sebuah proses pencerminan diri sebelum berlaku ke orang lain.
