As one of the central cities of Dawan District, Shenzhen City is receiving much attention from the society. This article takes Shenzhen as an example to study whether the entrepreneurial environment will further influence the motivation of young entrepreneurs by affecting the cognitive capital of entrepreneurs. Based on this assumption, we establish an structural model of Shenzhen entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial cognitive capital on entrepreneurial motivation to analysis. This paper uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the 402 valid questionnaires and draws the following conclusions: The entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive impact on career achievement entrepreneurship motivation, opportunity entrepreneurship motivation, and survival entrepreneurship motivation; cognitive capital has a significant positive impact on career achievement entrepreneurship motivation, opportunity entrepreneurship motivation, and survival entrepreneurship motivation; entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive impact on cognitive capital, prove that the model is valid. At the same time, it is found that the six factors in the entrepreneurial environment also have a positive relationship with entrepreneurial motivation and cognitive capital. This trend appears to be strengthening in the context of the “Made in China 2025”. The purpose of this paper is to investigate to what extent and in what field the domain of equipment manufacturing in Northeast China is transitioning into a major service-oriented field and what pattern is most suitable for future servitization. Northeast China, significant manufacturing industry area, is currently faced with problems such as fierce market competition, low product added value, and economic slowdown. The research analyses the progress of manufacturing transformation from manufacturing-oriented to service-oriented based on the input-output tables, whereby we can draw conclusions on how this field may further develop in future. Four servitization patterns were presented based on the data quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The theoretical research of traditional economics is centered around the assumption of “rational man”. However, with the appearance of the last many visions in the financial market, scholars began to express doubts about rational economic people. Overconfidence is the most stable and significant feature of the manager. This paper defines the manager's overconfidence by the earnings forecast bias method, and uses the OLS model to empirically test the impact of managerial overconfidence on company performance. Taking into account China's special economic background, this paper groups the nature of property rights and conducts group regression. The empirical results show that overall managerial overconfidence has a significant negative effect on company performance. In the Open Data Charter jointly signed by the G8 in 2013, “Transportation” was listed as one of the 14 high-value open fields, and marine, as the largest cargo carrier in the transport sector, has advantages over air and land transport, becoming the focus of open government data around the world. At present, China's maritime open data has problems such as low openness, heterogeneous multi-sources, and data fragmentation. In order to further enhance the openness of maritime data, explore its potential value, and promote its effective use, this paper attempts to use the relevant technologies of semantic web to build maritime linked open data and establish its semantic aggregation application of data resources. The research work in this paper provides a practical and feasible method for the government to further promote the opening of maritime data. With time going by, the Fed's balance sheet swelled dramatically, from less than 800 billion U.S.dollars in 2007 to 4.5 trillion U.S.dollars in 2014. Since then, the United States has announced that it has withdrawn from the unconventional quantitative easing policy, normalized its monetary policy, and started a cycle of raising interest rates. In October 2017, the Fed formally started to shrink the balance sheet. Compared with raising interest rates, the effect of contraction on liquidity tightening will become more apparent. Throughout the history, it can be found that the federal reserve has implemented tightening monetary policy through reducing the scale for many times. As the opposite of the quantitative easing policy, it is quite necessary to study the impact of the fed's reducing the scale under the background that the quantitative easing policy of the United States has brought significant impact on the global economy. This paper explores the impact of the Fed's contraction on China by establishing a var model. Specifically, the two manufacturers produce two substitutable products and sell them to the dominant retailer, one of the two manufacturers is a traditional manufacturer who produces a product and only directly sells it to the dominant retailer, while the other manufacturer has established an Internet channel, so that he can sell his product to the retailer and can sell his product to consumers directly through the Internet channel. By considering the effect of channel members' market powers, this paper examines the channel members' price competition, Internet vs. traditional channels competition and the benefit for one of the two manufacturers when he opens an Internet channel. Two decision models are established and the corresponding closed-form expressions for model solutions are obtained. Then, sensitivity analysis of model solution is conducted for some key parameters, and the maximal profits and optimal prices obtained in different decision models are compared by numerical analysis. Research on OHCs pays more attention to user participation and knowledge contribution, and there is few research focus on the impact on individual self-management behavior. In practice, we found that the participation behavior of OHCs does not necessarily translate into self-management behavior to prevent and treat chronic disease. This article explores the impact of social, environmental, and psychological behavior of patients in OHCs on patient self-management behavior from a social capital theory perspective. Analyzing a 30-day chat message and exercise record data of 150 users of a WeChat group and with common goal of improving physical condition through exercise, using social network analysis method to describe the patient network structure, combing with the content analysis method to explore the impact of social capital and off-topics on continuous exercise behaviors of users.
