The design optimization of the hull form could be considered by minimizing resistance, which is generally the sum of the viscous resistance and the wave making resistance of the ship model. This paper presents an investigation of pentamaran hull form with chine hull form to the effects of outriggers position, asymmetry, and deadrise angles on the resistance characteristics. This research investigated the resistance characteristics by modeling pentamaran hull form using chine with symmetrical main hull and asymmetric outboard on the variation deadrise angles: 25 o , 30 o , 35 o and Froude number 0,1 to 0,7. We examined the calm water resistance characteristics of six pentamaran models with chine-hull form by variation of deadrise angles using Ansys CFD. Increasing the deadrise angle of chine hull form contribute to the resistance due to the interaction of the wave systems produced by each demihull. Strong interaction effect on the resistance coefficient component was found for change in the hull length as well. Compared to the wigley hull form, the maximum drag reduction of the chine hull form was reduced by 18.05% in deadrise 25 0 , 16.1% in deadrise 30 0 , and 18.19% in deadrise 35 0 . While the smallest value of total resistance coefficient was generated from chine 35 0 at R/L:1/14 and R/L:1/7. The analysis was done by taking field data in the form of operational data and chemical content of fluid served, visual observation, chemical composition test with Optical Emission Spectrocopy, Hardness Testing using Rockwell scale B, Micro observation and makrophotograpy, Metalographic observation, microhardness testing using Vickers test plane, Observation of macro fracture surface using Scanning Electron Microscope. Semakin efisien suatu proses yang dijalankan maka semakin rendah pula cost yang akan dikeluarkan. Demikian pula yang terjadi pada Line Rear Axle Assy, dengan mempunyai efisiensi lintasan sebesar 88,28%, lini produksi ini mempunyai waktu menganggur, sehingga kapasitas produksi menjadi rendah dan mengakibatkan Loading vs Capacity (LVC) lini tersebut tinggi, yaitu menyentuh angka 126%. Dengan metode penyeimbangan lintasan (line balancing), kita coba untuk meningkatkan efisiensi lintasan yang nantinya berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan juga akan menurunkan LVC. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan, dengan kondisi lintasan yang semakin seimbang, efisiensi lintasan pun meningkat dari 88,41% menjadi 97,96%. Perubahan efisiensi ini, berimbas pada kapasitas produksi yang juga ikut bertambah sebesar 9,23%. Therefore, the spring must be able to maintain the style required by the valve in accordance with the needs of its operations. When the spring force reduction operations over the threshold, then the spring will be malfunctioning. Before this happens, the spring should be replaced or restored. Meanwhile, the replacement with a new one because it failed to cause unplanned downtime. To balance the needs of utilities and prevention of failure (downtime) is required prediction faill replacement, and therefore the rate of decline in the spring force is directly related to the characteristics possessed by every spring, then to determine the rate of decrease in the valve spring force necessary to test fatigue characteristics. To achieve these objectives, characteristics and fatigue testing is done with spring material Goodman line approach. These tests include the identification of test material in the form of a test spring spring material chemical composition and hardness test; namely to determine the tensile strength limit in the diagram Heigh and criteria preset limit or unpreset spring tired. The purpose of freezing the fish in the ABF is to inhibit the growth of microorganisms that exist in fish that could not breed, then the fish is stored and further chill in cold storage. Cold storage and ABF is in Cirebon spend huge electricity costs when the number of fish average - average stored in cold storage is less than 1 ton per day. To that through this thesis the author seeks to examine and find solutions to these problems. Microstructure observation becomeed militant, phase which formed is ferrite as matrik and pearlite. Increasing of strength of call is caused by item formed by pearlite is higher distribution from at initial material. Specimen with refrigeration dye water, microstructure type which formed becoming change, phase which formed is ferrite of form of needle as matrik and martensite. This microstructure type give metal become brittle. The Result of this identifications that inducement isolation methode provided 0,130 litre/kg  of  VCO, colourless , deliciously and fragrant cocont oily,density 0,925 (g/ml) , water content  0,19%, free fatty acids 0,10%. Fatty acids composition those are lauric 39,0 % (45,1-53,2 %), myristic 17,8 % (16,8-21 %), palmitic 8,7 % (5,0-10,0 %). Geothermal resource used in the process of retrofitting has a temperature of 70°C with a maximum flow of 2 liters/s in accordance with the data of geothermal resources at Tangeung - Cibugur, Cianjur regency. Based on the results of the feasibility studies that have been done, the source of geothermal energy can be used for heating egg incubator in order to reach adequate incubation conditions (temperature 36 to 38.5 ° C and a relative humidity of 50-60%). In the process of retrofitting, the design of the incubator used is forced draft incubator. Its components are heat exchanger, fans, and a water tray. The type of heat exchanger that used is cross flow, one fluid mixed, one fluid unmixed. It uses a staggered arrangement of copper pipe as a heat exchange surface.
