摘要

本研究的目的是确定天然气勘探生产环境中预冷器通风系统阀芯管焊接接头以裂纹缺陷形式损坏的原因。分析采用现场数据(操作数据和所服务流体的化学成分)、目测、发射光谱化学成分测试、洛氏硬度测试、显微观察和显微摄影、金相观察、维氏硬度测试、宏观断口观察等方法进行。试验和观察结果表明,薄型材料的焊接性能由于使用大于要求的电流和快速冷却而导致脆性裂纹,是造成薄型材料损伤的主要原因。
