The study of the effect of errors in the position of landmarks obtained using unmanned aerial vehicles, on the value of real estate. Aerospace for several decades is an effective tool for conducting geodetic works, geophysical studies and conducting various types of monitoring, but such methods are not used to assess the real estate. Modern technologies for the creation of topographical and cadastral plans are based precisely on the use of digital aerosol materials. However, the cost of using airplanes and helicopters for local large-scale take-off is on an order of magnitude higher and therefore an alternative solution is the use of UAVs. Methodology. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are most often used as a cheap alternative to conventional airplanes from airplanes, helicopters, telescopes and satellite (satellite) takeoffs. In addition to significant cost-effectiveness (cheaper by ten times), UAVs have additional privileges, namely: low altitude, point-and-shoot, mobility, environmental cleanliness of flights. Land management works are mostly carried out unsystematically and without reliable control, and therefore the application of usual geodetic methods and measurement results does not allow obtaining the required precision of the coordinates of the points, boundaries and the film basis. All this leads to the problems of combining the boundaries of adjoining areas due to the use of poor-quality cadastral information in databases that were formed over a significant period of time by the regional centers of the SLC. Results. The use of UAVs proves the importance of them to perform valuation works, which will increase the accuracy of the determination of the coordinates of the boundaries of real estate and significantly accelerate the evaluation procedure. It is established that for large settlements, the accuracy of the determination of the coordinates should be significantly increased, since the cost of real estate in these settlements is quite large and, accordingly, the errors in determining the coordinates of real estate objects lead to errors in the cost of real estate objects of the settlement, which is legally unacceptable and therefore For very large cities it is expedient to create shots at low altitudes and gradually increase the accuracy of photographing the terrain. Scientific novelty and practical significance. The importance of using UAVs for assessing the value of real estate objects has been proved, as the resulting calculations result in average square errors in the value of 1 sq. M of real estate, amounting to less than 0.3% of its total value. The main part of the company's activity is the effort to achieve more and better results of activity, which highlight themselves through the increase of profitability, the search for new opportunities, and others. In order to determine the further possibilities of management efficiency of enterprises in the service sector in modern conditions, it is necessary to apply marketing methods to determine the strategic vector of development. Method of Local Approximation of the zero order (LA∅-method) was used. Raw data this mean – month fields of minimal and maximal temperature and air pressure (ground level for all this fields). At raw data beforehand were not filtered. Quality of the forecast defined by way of the comparison forecasting values and true values. True and forecasting fields are present itself matrix. So fields transformed to vector – columns and then found linear factor to correlation between them. Herewith suppose that linear factor to correlation measures quality of the forecast (outside of dependencies from probabilistic law of the raw datas). For conservation of the goodness of the forecast prediction itself run for one step ahead (one month ahead). For current vector of the state found only one analogue (for all considered in article examples). Variety of the method was designed to Local Approximation which authors have named as Selective Local Approximation. Selective Local Approximation method at the average enlarges factor to correlation between real and forecasting fields on 10% in contrast with classical method of the Local Approximation. Results of the forecasting hydrometeorological fields by Selective Local Approximation method were presented on each month for corresponding years. Special criteria quality forecast were incorporated (two groups of such criterion). Indirect criteria consider correspondence to between “Sample” and “Analog (ue)”. Direct criteria consider correspondence to between real field and forecasting field. It was found that between direct and indirect criteria is present enough strong intercoupling (than better forecasting quality with position of the indirect criterion that usually better and quality most forecast). Also quality of the forecast is considered with position nonparametric analog of the standard deviation (scattering forecasting results). In article is show that quality of the forecast with position of the average factor of correlations is found as inverse value with average of scatter data. With position of the forecasting for public facilities is offered corresponding to categorization quality forecast. In offered categorizations quality forecast is defined numbers of the months (from 12)of which forecast unsatisfactory. Researches have shown that for all considered fields forecasting grows worse for a period of begin “springtimes … a midde summer”. Chemical energy in fuel cells is converted into electrical energy, avoiding intermediate stages. At the same time, a significant gain is obtained both in materials and in energy. These devices are long-term chemical current sources. They are environmentally friendly. Their use in the automotive industry also significantly reduces harmful emissions into the environment. There are two areas of PE application: autonomous and large power generation. In particular, FSs can solve today's pressing problem of energy storage: daily and weekly load fluctuations of power systems significantly reduce their efficiency and require so-called maneuvering capacities. One of the options for electrochemical energy storage is a fuel cell in combination with electrolyzers and gas holders (storage for large quantities of gas). The use of PE in a car promises the greatest benefits. Here, like nowhere else, the compactness of PE is indicated. Among all types of FS, FS with a polymer proton exchange membrane as an electrolyte (PEMFC) has currently found the greatest use. They are used in transport (almost 100% of all cars running on hydrogen). The segment of fuel cells with phosphoric acid as an electrolyte (PAFC) is considered the most \"mature\" among all fuel cell technologies. Advantages: - low requirements for fuel purity; a large resource of work. The main emphasis in their application is large stationary sources of thermal and electrical energy. The political and economic crisis had a significant impact on the service sector. Organizational changes took place in it, the entire sector was directed to provide everything necessary for the civilian population and the defense forces of Ukraine. It has been established that these political and economic changes caused the modification and transformation of the service sector. The study of the scientific space led to the conclusions that the issues of the development of enterprises in the service sector received quite a lot of attention from scientists, but their activities in the modern crisis state of war were not revealed. Therefore, the methods of strategic analysis are applied in the article, namely: SWOT-analysis and PEST-analysis of macro-environmental factors were carried out. The SWOT analysis showed that commercial risks, which reflect the positive and negative aspects of the activities of enterprises in the service sector, are currently playing a greater role. But the main risks in the conditions of war can be defined as risks of three levels, which significantly affect the situation of enterprises in the service sector. It is important to note that the current economic and political situation contributes to the financial success of the service sector, the growth of its profits and the increase of loading capacities. Precisely, the invasion of the Russian Federation turned the service sector into one of the supporting components of the armed forces of Ukraine and the civilian population. In order to form a strategic direction and choose a marketing strategy for the further development of enterprises in the service sector in the post-war period, it became necessary to conduct an additional study using the SPACE-analysis method. It was this scientific approach that provided the basis for determining the main strategy for exiting enterprises from the post-war crisis. It has been established that service sector enterprises are currently in a state of saturation or reduction in demand for services; the current business exceeds the cash flow needs that can be invested in other innovative services. The purpose of the study is to identify, based on the analysis of the state and structure of Ukraine’s international trade in transport services, the prospects and problems of the country's transport sector development in the new economic and geopolitical realities. Methods of study – methods of economic, system, historical and graphical analysis. As the result of the analysis, it was established that the efficiency of transport and transit potential available in Ukraine usage today is low. For a long time, pipeline transport dominated in export of transport services structure and share of this transport began to decrease only in recent years under the influence of external factors. It was determined that the full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine created a number of additional threats to the realization of the country's transport potential. The biggest problem of the transport sector today is the physical destruction of the rolling stock of transport enterprises and the destruction of the transport infrastructure. Today, the government is already taking measures to preserve the functioning of the transport infrastructure, carrying out restoration measures, and involves business in the reconstruction process. However, the government needs to support transport companies more actively in updating their fleet of vehicles, by promoting the use of leasing or partially covering vehicle purchase costs. Given the significant role of pipeline transport in the export structure, the reduction of gas transit through the Ukrainian gas transport system creates a threat of country losing its transit status. Neutralization of this problem requires the government to intensify diplomatic activity with the aim of involving Ukraine in the transit of energy carriers to Europe from alternative sources. In addition, it is advisable to study the technical possibilities and economic feasibility of reorienting the Ukrainian gas transportation system to the transportation of biomethane or hydrogen. In addition to the mentioned problems, opportunities for the development of the international trade in transport services, which have arisen to date, have been identified. Factors influencing the professional formation of an employee and his career development were studied. Changes in ideas about career and its importance for an individual are analyzed. In modern conditions, the need to ensure the possibility of self-expression with the help of a career comes first. It was noted that domestic enterprises are becoming more open and project-oriented. In such conditions, teams are key elements, and certain partnership relationships are formed between team leaders and their subordinates. It has been established that the skills of the future can be divided into three categories: professional skills (hard skills), social skills (soft skills) and lifelong learning skills. So, the most in demand among employers are such skills as: emotional intelligence, sociability, the ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, the ability to solve complex problems, the ability to learn quickly, adaptability, strategic thinking, initiative, responsibility. Among the skills that are lacking among young specialists, the following are highlighted: public speaking, understanding and decision-making, IT literacy, the ability to work under pressure, conflict management, and the ability to negotiate. An experimental study of its resistance to rutting in an aggressive environment was conducted. The main issue of this study is the determination of the effectiveness of the modifier on asphalt concrete, which can significantly affect the economic benefit of using the additive. Indeed the physico-mechanical properties of the studied starting material change depending on the percentage content of the additive and the material's resistance to rutting.
