It was discovered that the formation of instrumental chamber genres became a creative laboratory for the artist to practice the basics of his own creative method, with the national component being one ofsuch foundations. It is manifested at the different levels of the composer’s musical concepts: ideological, stylistic, compositional, formative, genre, stylistic. In many works, the Ukrainian influence is manifested in various aspects. It is noted that the embodiment of the national component changes with the evolution of the artist’s style. It develops from intuitive manifestations of ethnicity in the first quartets through the Ukrainian patriotic pathos of works of the middle period of creativity up to generalization in the idea of the Slavic roots of national origin in this late creative period. Female body is considered as a significant factor in the structure of female identity. At the same time, attention was drawn to the interpretations of femininity through the stereotyping of women’s functions (social, reproductive, cognitive). In addition, actual representation of “feminine” mainly through biological rather than social was covered.\u0000The article focuses on popular gender patterns, such as the corpus of binary oppositions, among which the pretentious “distribution” of areas of domination: the sphere of the female is determined by visibility and material, and the male by the essential and spiritual. The current trends in the transformation of this stereotyping were described, the nature of gender hierarchy and the dynamics of changes around this issue were revealed, with the examples from the visual practices such as performance, video art, photography, painting, poster graphics. Aesthetic postulates of the Italian futuristic theatre as compared to theatrical manifestos of Ukrainian futurists were analyzed. The study allows to draw a circle of artistic personalities involved in futuristic experiments in Ukraine and abroad, whose creative activity was interconnected and who considerably influenced each other. Also discussed are eloquent examples of Ukrainian futuristic performances ofsuch various genres as performative action, dramatic, opera and ballet performances. Particular emphasis is on the current stage of its work and the tasks it is designed to solve. The research methodology is based on the use of general scientific methods of scientific work: historical, analytical, method of comparison, and logical method (operating with knowledge and means of obtaining it that allows to systematize new knowledge without returning to empirical calculations). For the first time in Ukrainian historiography and museum studies, the work hightlights the features of development of the Chinese Academy of Painting as an important element of training of future artists of China. In addition, significant structural changes in the activities of the modern system of training in this field of art are pointed out. Conclusions. During the 10th–12th centuries the academy was a powerful educational institution with its own hierarchy of teachers, a system of education (which also included the mastery of philosophy and poetry). At the beginning of the twentieth century, Chinese masters tried to combine traditional and contemporary European art. Today, the work of the Academy is quite democratic, and Chinese art is returning to free dialogue. At the same time, the Academy does not repudiate social projects, its main task isto serve people. Young artists have to master various techniques, first of all to create their own paintings. This will give them the opportunity to form their own painting style based on already acquired skills and knowledge. Their artworks should not imitate ancient painting but also bring something new to the development of Chinese culture. Within this process, the artistic self-cognition is linked to the empiric experience, experiments, and searching for the new artistic methods ofrevealing the idea and context of the art object. Experimental modeling and implementation of innovations define the direction of changes in art that include the plot, form orimage, aesthetic reception, and general tendencies. On the turn of the 20th century, fundamental changes took place in the understanding of art. During this period, the range of art practices expanded essentially. Experimental spirit prevailed in the modernist practices; this fact prompted the genesis of new art systems and caused the heuristic process of understanding, interpretation, development, and functioning of art. The art principles and approaches of the postmodern era were characterized with the variety of multiple interpretations of the phenomena of past and present. By the means of experiment, the artists widened the boundaries of art, appealed to the new technologies, used different media ortheir synthesis that eventually caused the annihilation of the type specifics of the art objects. The aim of the article is to investigate the new approaches to modeling the experiments in Ukrainian painting of the late 20th and early 21st centuries as the implementation of innovations. An important aspect of this discussion is the problem of biopower, which determines the necropolitical paradigm of contemporary culture, depriving the absolute freedom of creativity by instilling servile commodified consciousness, manipulating the imagination in favor of art business, spreading across public globalized art space re-reified patterns. Dominant in the field of popularization of contemporary art, private capital denies adherents of transcendental aesthetics the right to freedom of expression outside the recognized brands legitimized by the World Biennale events. The anarchy of consumerism contributes to the eschatological predictions of the death of art and art criticism, the end of art history, the final annihilation of traditional art life through the socio-political turn of performative activism. Analysis of factors allowed to state that muralism became a popular form of art and found its admirers among artists and city dwellers. Main distinctive features between a mural and graffiti are clarified.\u0000The key positions in the formation of the conceptual and ideological components of murals and the phenomenon of the viewer’sinteraction with murals were revealed. The system of organizing various street art festivals in the framework of which the majority of murals in the country were created was investigated. Ukrainian pioneering street artists every year enrich the collection of artworks in Ukraine. Globally renowned foreign artists, whose works can be observed on the facades of buildings in the cities of Ukraine, were listed.\u0000The development and spread of muralism in the environment of Ukrainian cities were structured. The positive and negative aspects of the manifestations of this art in the architectural environment were examined. Through the reference to the history of the Shore’sfamily, the preconditions for the formation of the artist’s worldview, the degree of heredity of her worldview and identity dimensions of the artist were analyzed. The study and comparison of Polish, Ukrainian and Jewish sources (P. Macheyko, I. Yezerska, A. Vernitska, and others) allowed to separate the line of family history of the Shores from the history of the Frankism movement and combine it with the creative biography of the artist. Vitaly Kyreyko’s piano music is an extensive sphere of the artist’sfruitful creative work.
