A breakdown of the insulating material is given with examples of polymers used to protect motor internal surface at combustion of fuel and its hightemperature products. Tests were carried out in the work for selected polymer materials used at production of rocket solid fuel motors, and the polymer was indicated with the best ablative properties. The method of testing consisted of physicochemical and mechanical tests. Performing DSC and TG measurements made it possible to observe the phase transformations of a given material under the influence of temperature changes.","PeriodicalId":439139,"journal":{"name":"PROBLEMY TECHNIKI UZBROJENIA","volume":"40 S185","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140694916","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many new enterprises were established and a number of others were expanded to produce individual components that made up the final product in the form of a tank. At the same time, this tank became the object of comprehensive research and analysis, which was reflected in numerous scientific and research projects aimed at modernizing this vehicle and improving its combat capabilities. The result of this work was a package of modernization devices that allowed the construction of new versions of this tank, designated as: T-34-85M1 with improved operational parameters, T-34-85M2 prepared to overcome deep water obstacles and T-34-85M2D as a command vehicle, equipped with additional means of communication.","PeriodicalId":439139,"journal":{"name":"PROBLEMY TECHNIKI UZBROJENIA","volume":"9 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140695762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Genesis of creation of SFOR and its mission, general tasks and composition is presented. Participation of the Polish contingent in operation of IFOR is generally presented with tasks, and compositions and components of the operational and logistic support acquired by the Polish personnel. Moreover an attempt was made to answer a question about specificity of performed tasks and challenges encountered by the SFOR PMC. The paper uses among others original documents and results of unique studies conducted by author in the zones of stabilisation operation in Bosnia and Hercegovina. The paper may be interesting for researchers of national and international security, and academical circles (teachers and students) of military and civilian universities, and activists of government and nongovernment organisations involved in rendering the assistance in regions of military conflicts and after their termination.","PeriodicalId":439139,"journal":{"name":"PROBLEMY TECHNIKI UZBROJENIA","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140698686","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The wide range of application of this type of igniter is due to the possibility of composing the components in different proportions depending on the desired energetic effect. On the basis of many years of experience related to the study of existing and the development of new ignition components, an initiator system was designed for a newly designed rocket fuel igniter. This system consists of an ignition subassembly that initiates the ignition process by generating a fire pulse and a subassembly that amplifies this pulse. The subject of the study was the comparison of selected performance parameters of three variants of the amplifying charge included in the fire pulse amplifying subassembly.","PeriodicalId":439139,"journal":{"name":"PROBLEMY TECHNIKI UZBROJENIA","volume":"24 34","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140697282","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Special attention was focused on the thermal properties of such compounds as mercury fulminate, tetrazene, lead azide, lead trinitroresorcinate. Knowledge of the thermal properties of the above-mentioned primary explosives, allows their safe use. Thermal properties have been studied by using DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) and TGA (thermo-gravimetric analysis) techniques. The results obtained confirm that thermal analysis (DSC and TGA) is a fast and safe method to study the thermal properties of primary explosives as well as other high-energy materials.","PeriodicalId":439139,"journal":{"name":"PROBLEMY TECHNIKI UZBROJENIA","volume":"94 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138954233","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
