The traditional estimation on underground electromagnetic wave transmission velocity adopts the method of measuring dielectric constant. However, this kind of method is often very inconvenient in practical application, especially when underground buried objects are dangerous. According to this nature that the image of ground penetrating radar (GPR) for shallow-buried small target presents the geometric shape of hyperbola, this paper puts forward a kind of method that uses hyperbolic fitting to estimate the underground transmission velocity of electromagnetic waves and utilizes simulation data for verification. The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed by this paper is very effective.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134148629","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When taking error effect on reporting decision into consideration, the sensing performance will be affected. In the proposed scheme, we analyze the performance of hierarchical cooperative spectrum sensing over imperfect reporting channels and the \"majority-decision-aided\" weighting rule will be used in the fusion center. The analysis and simulation results show that there is a significant performance loss when the decisions based on hierarchical spectrum sensing are transmitted over imperfect reporting channels and the sensing performance is improved by employing the new weighting rule.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133959517","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, developing such a system is always challenging, and one main reason is the lack of data. Ship's physical fields, e.g., Sound filed, magnetic field and hydraulic pressure field, contain discriminative information, and we need lots of data of ship physical field signals to learn an effective classifier. In this paper, we are going to develop models and simulations for three kinds of ship physical fields such as sound filed, magnetic field and hydraulic pressure field. The proposed system can not only simulate independently, but also accomplish the physical fields of ships at the time and point. The system could also display real time simulation graphics automatically.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"227 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131579097","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is usually called analytic coarse alignment method in which all six outputs from the SINS are used to compute the attitude. In this study, we present a novel analytic alignment method called selective alignment. This method uses only three outputs of the SINS and some limited information from the remaining outputs to calculate the attitude. Simulations and experimental results demonstrate the validity of this method, and the precision of yaw is improved using the selective alignment method compared to the traditional analytic coarse alignment method in the vehicle experiment.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130952336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among all these factors, the physiological factor impose the most direct impact. The maturation process of the infant's vocal organs affected their language acquisition order, with different vocal organs generating different impacts. Based on the study of speech of an infant from birth to two-year-old, this paper links acoustic analysis with developmental of vocal organs, vocal track, tongue and lips in particular, and indicates that during the pronunciation acquisition of the infant during this period, development of vocal track mainly affects their pitch of voice. While, lips and the tongue as articulators, mainly affects pronunciation acquisition sequence.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133037564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

TV corner-logo detection and segmentation algorithm is important for information extraction. In this paper, we presented an adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm, based on the combined time-averaged edge detection and saliency detection, to effectively separate and extract the TV corner-logo from the video sequence. First, we applied Canny operator to detect edges and then calculate the weighted average edge of ten frames, so as to get the time-averaged edge image. Then we combine the time-averaged edge image with the saliency map to get a more accurate segmentation. Finally, we used the adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm to separate the corner-logo. Experimental results show that, this method can effectively detect and separate the corner-logo from the background.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"214 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115508477","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
