The contrastive analysis and numerical simulations of a variety of blind source separation algorithms are investigated, which suggests that traditional SOBI performance degrades when noise is present. By introducing noise-elimination algorithms, SOBI is improved and optimized. The improvement of separation effect of the de-noising SOBI algorithm is proved by numerical simulation experiments. Finally, based on the online structural damage simulation and monitoring test-bed, the feasibility of the proposed method is validated.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"122 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114745680","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, video surveillance systems have become an extremely active research area due to a sharp increasing in the levels of terrorist attacks on crowded public places and left behind object detection is indispensable in public places such as airport security system. A new stationary object detection algorithm is proposed in this paper to save this problem. Firstly, this method uses the Dual-Background subtraction to get the foreground image based on the approximated median filtering using the adaptive threshold method. Secondly, after detecting the stationary object, through morphology processing, the algorithm can accurately detect the stationary object, such as box, bag and so forth. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is robust and precise.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114803828","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, the coalition formation model is established based on minimizing the target prosecution delay and the size of the coalition with the constraint of required resources and simultaneous strike. Second, since solving the coalition formation optimization problem is computationally intensive, we develop a multistage sub-optimal coalition formation algorithm that has low computational complexity. Third, in order to enable multiple cooperative UAVs accomplish the search and prosecute missions autonomously, a distributed autonomous control strategy is proposed which is based on the finite state machine. The simulation result of a scenario shows the rationality, validity and high real-time performance of the method of coalition formation in multiple heterogeneous UAVs cooperative search and prosecutes in the unknown environment. Monte Carlo method is employed to validate the impact of the number of UAVs and targets on the performance of the coalition formation algorithm.","PeriodicalId":438549,"journal":{"name":"2015 Fifth International Conference on Instrumentation and Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control (IMCCC)","volume":"342 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122282998","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
