Abstract

Along with the continuous development of infrared guided missile and infrared imaging simulator, new requirements are put forward for the measurement range and calibration accuracy of infrared radiation measuring instrument. A new type of radiometric calibration system is development and used to realize radiation measurement of infrared imaging simulator, the calibration parameters consist of equivalent blackbody temperature, radiance and irradiance. Firstly, the apparatus and measurement principle of radiometric calibration system are introduced, secondly, the radiometric calibration system is calibrated by the standard collimating source, finally, the radiometric calibration system is applied to the calibration of infrared imaging simulator, and the radiometric calibration results are given.
