With the increasing malicious attacks and software errors, Byzantine fault tolerance has begun to draw more attention it deserves. Previous Byzantine fault tolerant algorithms have strong assumption that all the replicas is synchronous and do not support replicated calling services, which make them not practical and not suit for new computing model such as SOA. This paper proposes a new Byzantine fault tolerant algorithm based on well-known Byzantine fault tolerant algorithm CLBFT (Castro Liskov Byzantine Fault Tolerance) for replicated services in the calling endpoint. The algorithm works in asynchronous environments and support replicated calling services. To make the algorithm more practical, we incorporates important optimization-Window mechanism, which can make the replica batch process the message that reduce the response time much more than previous algorithms. In this paper, first, we introduce the background, the current situation of studies for h-stability. Second, we give some definition about time scales and h-stability. In this paper, Teager Mel, a novel speech emotion feature is proposed based on Teager Energy Operator (TEO) and the Mel perception characteristics. Due to such advantages as nonlinear and simple, TEO appears to be appropriate for speech emotion description. From the auditory psychophysical point of view, Perceptual Linear Predictive (PLP) features are also investigated as an extension to Teager Mel. A Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier is then adopted to the fusion of Teager Mel and PLP features on a Chinese discrete emotional speech corpus (Dis-EC) that includes four emotions: happiness, anger, sorrow and surprise. Comparing with the previous studies based on prosodic features, the application of Teager Mel features can achieve a recognition accuracy improvement of 10.4%, and similarly 8.2% for PLP features. Bright-field imaging analysis allow us to use a labeling free and non-invasive approach to measure the morphological dynamics during cellular reprogramming, which includes induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), and trans-differentiated neural progenitor cells (NPCs) from somatic cell source. However, the traditional method to study the NPC differentiation and its related function involves staining, and cell lysis, which can not materialized further for the clinical uses. In order to automatically, non-invasively, non-labelled analyze and cultivate cells, a system classifying NPCs under bright-field microscopic imaging is necessary. In this paper, we propose a novel recognition system based on convolutional neural networks, which could pre-process images and classify NPCs and non-NPCs. The clutter suppression algorithm of GPR based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is concerned with the good adaptability of the ground irregularity, but there is still a problem of selecting the main components which exist in the algorithm. To settle this problem, we define the principle of matrix inner product at first, and analysis the approximate mutual orthogonality of the ground surface clutter matrix, the target signal matrix and the background noise matrix. And then, we present a method of modeling the GPR B-scan data. Combining the data model with GPR image entropy, we propose a method of estimating the principal component of the clutter suppression algorithm. A new wrapper scan chain balance algorithm is proposed to minimize IP-core testing time. The balance algorithm is to find the standard-chain through the adjustment value and the mean-chain through the mean value. All the internal scan chains can be divided into two parts according to the length of standard-chain L: the scan chain set S≥ within the length no less than L and the remaining part S<;. Compute the difference D between S<; and the mean-chain. In the first assigned process, the scan chain set S≥ regarded as mean-chain are uniformly distributed. Sort the scan chain set S<; and the difference D in descending order. In the second assigned process, assign S<; and the positive D to the enable shortest wrapper scan chain and assign the negative D to the enable longest wrapper scan chain successively. In this paper, in order to overcome this problem, a robust Gaussian regression filter is researched, at the same time Gaussian filter and Rk filter are used. Three filtration methods are applied based on the same set of profile error data with the same outlier. Comparing the analyzed results, it is obvious that the robust Gaussian regression filter has the strongest anti-outlier capability. By a careful analysis on properties of cyclotomic cosets in the defining sets of two ingredient BCH codes B(n, δ<sub>1</sub>)<sub>4</sub> and B(n,δ<sub>2</sub>)<sub>4</sub> that satisfies B<sup>⊥h</sup>(n,δ<sub>1</sub>)<sub>4</sub> ⊆ B(n,δ<sub>2</sub>)<sub>4</sub> used for constructing AQECCs, we derive new families of AQECCs with d<sub>z</sub> > δ<sub>max</sub><sup>s</sup> + 1, and thus we can eliminate the unreasonable restriction d<sub>z</sub> ≤ δ<sub>max</sub> devised in previous literature and obtain new AQECCs with greater asymmetry compared with the known results.
