Developed countries experienced demographic shifts in the 20th century. Many developed countries are aging because of improved medical care, longer life expectancy and declining fertility rates. In the past decade or so, China has not escaped the impact of an aging population. The increase of the elderly population has brought great challenges to the social security system, so the aging problem in China deserves our attention. As we all know, the factors that affect people’s fertility willingness are various, such as economic constraints, social and cultural influences, and traditional family concepts. In China, high housing prices, an important part of economic factors, are increasingly becoming an important constraint for urban population fertility decisions. Based on the data analysis of stata, this paper studies the impact of housing price on women’s reproductive intention from 2015 to 2022. In order to ensure that the “relay baton” of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is handed over successfully, the No. 1 Central Document has clearly proposed to set up a 5-year transition period from the date of poverty alleviation, maintain the overall structure of the existing major supportive policies, give poverty-alleviated counties a leg up to get them going. The government will continue to consolidate poverty alleviation’s achievements, promote comprehensive rural vitalization, strengthen assistance for low-income rural residents on a regular basis, and gradually realize a smooth transition from concentrated support for poverty alleviation to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization. One of the tools that could be used to combat this trend is blockchain technology. The aforementioned technology presupposes the existence of a single ledger that is shared and synchronized across many sites, organizations, or computers, with participants having the ability to register any type of information. Thus, in the near future, a single ledger could be created in which relevant information about the specific traded good, such as its origin or sanitary certificate, would be recorded. By doing so, the quantity of counterfeit goods on the market will decrease, while consumer confidence will increase. The World Intellectual Property Organization is currently analyzing the possibility of incorporating blockchain technology into several areas specific to intellectual property law, with one of the goals being to combat counterfeiting. Therefore, through this article, we propose to conduct an analysis of the legal provisions of the European Union that aim at fighting against counterfeit goods. Simultaneously, we will investigate the methods used by the private sector in this field, particularly blockchain technology.
