Its distribution network constitutes a central warehouse and several distribution centers located in Algerian cities, and each center delivers vendors to the area and each vendor is connected to set of customers. The network studied is composed of several levels: the starting point is the warehouse, the first level of the distributors, the second level for sellers and the last level for customers. each retailer in the network handles its order locally and independently of other retailers. In this work, we propose a collaboration between the different actors of the same level, by the exchange of products between them, in order to satisfy the demand of a seller by the residual stock of another neighbor seller and this is applied to all stages of the network. The purpose of this study in to see the impact of product exchanges in the distribution networks and their influence on the total costs of the logistics chain from the central warehouse to the final customer","PeriodicalId":435919,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Colloquium on Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115092017","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The operation efficiency of dry bulk terminals heavily depends on the productivity of stacker and reclaimer machines. This paper discusses stacker and reclaimer scheduling problem with the aim of minimizing the maximum completion time for a given set of handling operations. A mixed integer programming model, which considers various constraints related to the operation of stacker and reclaimer, was formulated. Since the present problem is NP-hard in nature, two heuristic methods, branch and bound method and tabu search algorithm, are developed to solve the problem optimally.","PeriodicalId":435919,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Colloquium on Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125991864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This scheduling problem has proved to be a challenging task, even for managers and experienced planners, due to the multiplicity of factors that have to be taken into consideration. In this paper, the staff scheduling problem is formally described, and then we focus on the inspection sector aiming to introduce all the parameters and objectives directly related to inspection missions through semi-structured interviews conducted with managers and inspectors of an inspection company.","PeriodicalId":435919,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Colloquium on Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131158887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unfortunately, the efficiency of the urban freight system is hampered by urban distribution issues such as congestion, regulatory measures, noise pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and so on. Hence the need for actions and good practices for the management of urban freight transport. These actions deal with the management of goods deliveries as well as return flows. Urban logistics solutions are diverse and concern the storage and organization of urban transport. Urban warehousing actions are divided into four categories. The Urban Consolidation Centers (UCC), a kind of mutualization platform located on the outskirts of the city center. Proximity Logistics Spaces (PLS) which are small platforms that allow a temporary storage of goods and have clean vehicles ensuring the last meters. Afterwards the Veh]icle Reception Points (VRP) where city center's actors offer a storage capacity of their own store and it is the consumer who moves for recovering its packages, and finally the Urban Logistics Boxes (ULB) which are mobile or fixed structures located at a street level, which allow temporary storage of goods. These Urban Logistics Spaces lead to the improvement of the flow of goods by favoring clean vehicles. The objective of this article is to study the different solutions of urban logistics, based on the literature, to make a comparative study of the development of urban logistics solutions in emerging cities comparable to Casablanca, to synthesize the experiments implemented by these cities and thus to lead an investigation on different urban solutions in a national context.","PeriodicalId":435919,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Colloquium on Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132587507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Is it a phenomenon of fashion or, on the contrary, an issue of management strongly rooted in its environment? How can Supply Chain Management create value? What value are we talking about? For whom? And how to evaluate it? The cross-cutting and multi-stakeholder nature of these “new” inter-organizational practices makes these issues complex. Indeed, the real value creation potential for the company lies in its ability to manage the interfaces with its various partners and its ability to extract value from both the physical chain of value creation and the virtual channel. The purpose of this research is to understand, in an empirical way, the contribution of Supply Chain Management in terms of creating customer value (customer capital). Accordingly, this research aims to improve the understanding of the notion of Supply Chain Management and its strategic role, in order to enlighten the leaders seeking to improve their customer value and consequently their competitive advantage. For this, a framework of theoretical and qualitative exploratory analysis of our research problem is provided. Subsequently, a quantitative, causal and explanatory study is developed to test our research hypotheses.","PeriodicalId":435919,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Colloquium on Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"143 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115626043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To reach this purpose we systematically searched the various scientific studies indexed in the main scientific journals submitted during the last years, between 2010 and 2019, which focuses primarily on microscopic parking modelling, 20 articles met the inclusion criteria were synthesized in the form of a summary tables and classified according to 3 criteria: models that address the demand for parking and supply-demand balance, models that estimate the impact of different parking modes in the generation of negative externalities and finally the models that investigate the relationship between parking behavior and decision-making, thus, the table provide several information related to the model as: Discipline, Model Name, Year, Objective, Tool or Approach used and the Source. As a result this comprehensive review of the scientific literature in the recent years will allow us to situate our subject in relation to previous research in this field and provide a unique niche to our research as well as identify the aspects that require more research and ask specific questions about what can be added in the future to remedy parking problems.","PeriodicalId":435919,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Colloquium on Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LOGISTIQUA)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131712172","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
