The digital era demands the exploration of innovative strategies so that students not only understand biological concepts theoretically, but are also able to apply them in real-world contexts. This article explores several innovative strategies, such as Project Based Learning, Problem Based Learning, Cooperative Learning, Discovery Learning, and Inquiry Learning, which are considered the cornerstones of biology education in the 21st century. The importance of developing student skills, including critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, is a major focus in innovative biology education. Globalization, digital technology and international cooperation influence learning dynamics, providing unlimited access to biological knowledge from around the world. The research method uses a literature study approach and qualitative methods to explore innovative strategies in biology learning in the 21st century. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into various learning models, such as Project Based Learning, Problem Based Learning, Cooperative Learning, Discovery Learning, and Inquiry Learning, as well as identifying challenges and opportunities in implementing this innovative strategy. Education is crucial and a primary focus in every country's issues, as the level of education often determines a nation's advancement. The majority of countries mandate their residents to experience and acquire education within a specified timeframe. South Korea and North Korea originated from one country, but the influence of two major world blocs led to the division of Korea into two parts, the South and the North. This study aims to compare the education systems between South Korea and North Korea. South Korea, embracing liberalism and employing a democratic governance system, has managed to establish itself as one of the countries with the best education systems globally, contributing to its status as an advanced nation. On the other hand, North Korea, adhering to communism and employing an authoritarian government system, restricts social mobility and knowledge dissemination. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a descriptive comparative approach through literature review. The findings reveal that education in South Korea is highly organized, ranging from institutions like KICE to programs initiated by KOICA. Human resources from South Korea tend to excel in various sectors. Meanwhile, North Korea's education system focuses on ideology, with a lack of academic freedom impacting the quality of human resources. Consequently, human resources from North Korea are categorized as low quality. Such as not doing assignments on time, often chatting alone when the teacher explains, lack of interest in learning, and there are some children who have low learning outcomes. Therefore, it is necessary to instill discipline in learning since childhood, because it will help children control themselves in the formation of self-awareness in learning without an element of compulsion. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning discipline and students' interest in learning. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational approach that uses ex post facto research. The sample in the study was class III students with a total of 14 people, whose sampling used the saturated sample method because all students in class III were sampled in the study. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant relationship between learning discipline and student learning outcomes with a Thitung value of 8.131. 2) There is a significant relationship between learning discipline and student learning outcomes with a Thitung of 3.459. 3). Based on the results of observations and interviews with mathematics teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Muncar, information was obtained that students' mathematical representation abilities were low, this was because teachers never connected mathematics material with everyday life. So the perception that mathematics is a difficult and scary subject takes root in students. Mathematical representation abilities can be developed using a learning model based on problem solving. Therefore, in this study, researchers used the Creative Problem Solving model as an effort to improve students' representational abilities.This research uses quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Muncar, while the sample of this study was students of class VIII A and VIII D. The sample selection in this study was carried out using students' end-of-semester test scores, then tested for normality and homogeneity. Meanwhile, to determine the experimental class and control class, the researcher used random sampling technique. This study aims to measure the effect of the Creative Problem Solving model on students' representational abilities and to determine the differences in student learning outcomes on the representation of function material using the Creative Problem Solving model. Based on the hypothesis test, the value of sig. Based on the results of observations and interviews at SMP Negeri 4 Muncar, it was found that the eighth grade students had difficulties in writing poetry. Students tend not to be able to distinguish the vocabulary used in poetry and descriptive texts, so that students' work tends to lead to descriptive texts. One of them is the use of inappropriate learning media which affects the limited knowledge of students. In the learning process at SMP Negeri 4 Muncar using print media, namely package books. The use of this textbook is considered less effective in delivering the material, because students do not get real examples of the poem. Therefore, researchers use electronic modules as learning media. This research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The samples of this study were students of class VIII B as the experimental class and VIII C as the control class. The data in this study were obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test of the experimental class and the control class. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 26.0.0 application. This study aims to measure the effect of using electronic modules on poetry writing skills and to determine the differences in poetry writing skills using electronic modules. Based on the value of the pre-test results of the experimental class, the average value was 62.44 and the average value of the post-test results was 84.26. This activity will hopefully create better understanding on engineering world especially in the field of electrical engineering by introducing an increasingly popular technology called IoT (Internet of Things). The target school is SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Tangerang Selatan. Because of COVID-19 pandemic situation and PSBB rules implemented in Tangerang Selatan in which school students had to study from home, then the lecture was given online by Zoom application on Tuesday, August 18th at 13.30 – 15.00 WIB. The partcipants attending the online lecture reached 26 consisting of grade III students of Computer Network program and some teachers as well. The results of the questionnaires given shortly before the webinar ends show that for Introduction of Engineering Profession, the majority of them (61,54%) states Interesting Enough, for Introduction of IoT the majority (57,69%) says Interesting and for IoT Demo the majority (53,85%) thinks Interesting Enough. The research instrument was 47 students of Health Information Management STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan, sampling was carried out using total sampling technique, data collection was carried out by primary data. Data analysis using SPSS. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.001 seen from Asymp.Sig (2-sided) p<0.05. online learning for students of Health Information Management study program at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan in good category as many as 37 respondents (78.7%), stress levels in Health Information Management students at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan in medium category as many as 28 respondents (59.6%). Suggestions for students to avoid stress while participating in online learning are by starting to realize and pay attention to themselves so they don't experience stress.
