The inventory carried out in 2014 using the drive census method revealed the prevalence of stags in the population (0.86 hinds/1stag) and the population density of 225 individuals/1,000 hectares of the forest, whereas harvest conducted in this season showed merely 22 individuals/1,000 hectares. In the analysed seasons before the inventory, harvest was also low (about 10% of the probable actual state) and despite harvesting mainly hinds, it did not curb the population growth. In the years 2006 – 2014, the yearly harvest in the largest hunting district fluctuated within the range of 14.5 to 60.5, x̅=27.0 individuals/1,000 hectares (n=9), while in the remaining four smaller population management units, the average yearly harvest amounted to only 0.2 to 9.8 individuals/1,000 hectares (n=9). The realized rate of population growth determined by the method of summer deer observation in 2015 amounted to 42.2% of the hinds number. Applying the simulation of the model population meeting the parameters indicated in the inventory, the researchers calculated and proposed the optimal indicators of harvesting individual age and sex groups. This plan describes all elements of procedure included in obligatory challenges (tasks): silviculture (mowing and intermediate cutting), conservation and harvest (commercial thinning, advanced felling, and final cutting). In this article the forest division model has been created. With this model, the author has shown all of the basic components of Project Management in forestry. By creating milestones, controlling leads, and better planning to carry out the Forest Cutting Plans in critical periods (natural disasters) we can decide how to solve problems and avoid or minimize negative consequences. The material for the study was divided into three individual stages of wood decomposition. The analysed wood samples were obtained from two areas in managed forest and protected area. Fungal communities were selected using a molecular method, which based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR), cloned and sequenced by Sangar. The results have shown that the species composition of fungi communities was varied, depending on the stage of wood decomposition. The occurrence of this association is related to the mountain areas of central and southern Europe, but only a few localities are also present on upland areas. In the area of Ukraine, Phyllitido-Aceretum only occurs in the Carpathians, while his position found in the Ukrainian part of the Roztocze is the only and the most easterly of its range. The study evaluated changes in species of composition and syntaxonomic structure of the association Phyllitido-Aceretum in the years 1986-2016. It has been shown, that Phyllitido-Aceretum in the Ukrainian part of Roztocze is formed with mountain vegetation, especially beech forests, but also from class ASPLENIETEA RUPESTRIA Br.-Bl. 1934 in Meier et Br.-Bl.1934. These yew trees were artificially introduced, and they are approximately 150 to 180 years old. The purpose of the researchwas to determine the size and structure of the yew population, assess their health and environmental conditions. 141 yew trees were catalogued standing in three groupsand 88 plants that grow loosely on the site.The girths of the tree trunks were between 70 and 90 cm and even 110 cm, and for multi-trunk trees between 50 and 60 cm.
