These yew trees were artificially introduced, and they are approximately 150 to 180 years old. The purpose of the researchwas to determine the size and structure of the yew population, assess their health and environmental conditions. 141 yew trees were catalogued standing in three groupsand 88 plants that grow loosely on the site.The girths of the tree trunks were between 70 and 90 cm and even 110 cm, and for multi-trunk trees between 50 and 60 cm.
