Tujuan didirikannya PT ABC adalah untuk menunjang pelayanan di bandara pada bidang hospitality yang berimbas menaikan airport CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). PT ABC memiliki 5 lini bisnis melingkupi hotel, lounge, FB, Travel Management, dan Inflight Catering. Pandemik Covid-19 yang melanda dunia memberikan dampak multi dimensi tidak hanya pada kesehatan namun juga sosial ekonomi. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), sektor yang paling terdampak akibat pandemic ini adalah hospitality dimana imbasnya mengalami menurunan sampai dengan 92.7%. Ketua Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) telah mencatat sebanyak 1.642 hotel di Indonesia terpaksa tutup akibat pandemi. Kondisi ini memberikan pukulan sekaligus peringatan kepada PT ABC untuk dapat menerapkan sistem manajemen risiko guna memitigasi segala kemungkinan yang dapat terjadi terutama penyebab kerugian. Sistem manajemen risiko yang akan dirancang berbasis ISO 31000:2018 dan berfokus pada direktorat operasional yang membawahi 5 lini bisnis perusahaan. Sebagai revenue enchantment, ke 5 lini bisnis ini membutuhkan sistem manajemen risiko yang mampu memitigasi dampak negatif guna memastikan tercapainya target perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan baik pada RKAP maupun RJPP. Sistem manajemen risiko ISO 31000:2018 meliputi desain prinsip, keragka kerja, dan proses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai attitudinal dan behavioral loyalty fans sepakbola di Indonesia dan Korea, loyalty fans mapping serta ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan attitudinal dan behavioral loyalty antara fans sepakbola di Indonesia dengan fans sepakbola di Korea. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 fans sepakbola Liga 1 di Indonesia dan Korea. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Mann-Whitney U-Test dengan menggunakan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara attitudinal loyalty fans sepakbola Liga 1 di Indonesia dengan di Korea. Akan tetapi jika dilihat dari behavioral loyalty maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara loyalitas fans sepakbola di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan loyalitas fans sepakbola di Korea. Berdasarkan tingkat loyalitas, fans dapat diklasifikasikan kedalam empat kategori yaitu loyal fans, latent fans, spurious fans dan indifferent fans dimana mayoritas fans baik di Indonesia maupun di Korea berada pada kategori Loyal Fans. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai tingkat loyalitas fans sepakbola. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi secara praktis kepada manajemen klub untuk dapat mengembangkan program loyalitas kepada para fansnya berdasarkan tingkatan loyalitasnya. Proses pemasaran secara digital di masa pandemi covid-19 menuntut perusahaan mengambil langkah untuk memasarkan produk/jasanya dengan pemasaran digitalisasi. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang efek mediasi paralel citra, kualitas produk dan penetapan harga terhadap hubungan antara kualitas situs web dengan keputusan pembelian pada saat pandemi covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakkan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang diteliti adalah data primer dengan penyebaran kusioner responden yang sudah membeli mobil Toyota. Adapun Kriteria konsumen Toyota yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toyota yang memiliki facebook, Instagram, dan twitter. Variabel operasional dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Website (X), Keputusan Pembelian (Y) dan terdapat mediasi (M) yaitu Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk dan Penetapan Harga. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatanBootsrapping dengan Software processv.4.0 yang berhubungan langsung pada SPSS. Hasil uji hipotesis bahwa: H 1 diterima, Pada tingkat kesalahan (p) 0,05, Citra Merek memediasi secara penuh pengaruh Kualitas Situs Web terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. H 2 diterima, pada tingkat kesalahan (p) 0.05, Kualitas Produk memediasi secara penuh pengaruh Kualitas Situs terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. H 3 diterima, pada tingkat kesalahan (p) 0.05, Penetapan Harga memediasi secara penuh pengaruh Kualitas Situs Web terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kualitas Website tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dapat dilihat dari hasil uji Koefisien regresi c' ( direct effect/efek langsung) = 0,037, t = 0,677, p = 0,499 0,05. hasil p = kurang dari 0,05. The research method used is a quantitative method using linear regression analysis. The regression results show that the intrinsic value variable has a significant positive effect on stock market prices listed on the 2018-2019 LQ-45 Stock Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This demonstrates that public interest in halal investment has increased, despite the fact that the number is still tiny when compared to Indonesia's total population. The purpose of this research is to see if the rise in investment interest has an effect on the Islamic stock trading frequency, with the goal of improving the performance of the Indonesian capital market as assessed by the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI). The methods used are descriptive and verification. Path analysis is used to analyse the data. According to the study's findings, a rise in Single Investor Identification (SID) of Islamic stocks on the JCI had no direct effect. Furthermore, it has not been demonstrated that the frequency of Islamic stock trading functions as a moderating variable. Additional tests have revealed that Islamic stock trading frequency has a direct effect on the JCI. Furthermore, the SID and the trading frequency have significant impacts on the JCI at the same time. This study is an explanative/associative research which is accompanied by hypothesis testing. The study was conducted at the creative industry center with a population of 265 creative industry players, a sample size of 53 respondents, purposive sampling method for data collection.The results of path analysis show that environmental changes directly and significantly affect social media and business growth, as well as social media directly and significantly affects business growth in the creative industry sector. The results of this study mean that environmental changes and social media have a strategic role to explain how to leverage business growth to be more effective in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic which is still not conducive, as well as proper use of social media, so business management becomes faster and more efficient so that it can leverage business growth for the better.---Tujuan penelitian ini ingin menguji perubahan lingkungan dalam menentukan nilai media sosial dan pertumbuhan usaha serta menguji media sosial dalam menentukan nilai pertumbuhan usaha. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian ekplanatif/asosiatif yang disertai dengan pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian dilakukan pada sentra industri kreatif dengan populasi sebanyak 265 pelaku industri kreatif, sampel size sebanyak 53 responden, metode purposive sampling untuk pengambilan datanya.Hasil Path analysis menunjukkan bahwa perubahan lingkungan secara langsung dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap media sosial dan pertumbuhan usaha, demikian pula media sosial secara langsung dan signifikan berpengaruhi terhadap pertumbuhan usaha sektor industri kreatif. This study used qualitative methods with data collection using semi-structured interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 6 respondents. The results of interviews with 3 MSMEs showed that the company's management strategy, product innovation, technological capabilities, and business resilience of the company had not had maximum results. Microfinance is a means of realizing the development carried out by the Indonesian government in three ways, namely creating jobs, increasing community income, and reducing poverty. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much increase in credit provision made by BPR and how much increase in the role of MSME in reducing poverty levels in West Java. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and Bank Indonesia (BI). The analysis method used in this research is panel data linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews 8.0 with the Fixed Effect Model which is used as an analysis technique in this study. The results showed that (1) an increase in BPR credit had a significant effect on the real level of 5% with a probability value of 0.0006 and was positively related to the obtained coefficient value of 0.032. (2) The increase in MSME exposure has a significant effect on the 5% real level with a probability value of 0.0000 and is positively related to the obtained coefficient value of 0.316. Furthermore, simultaneously that BPR Credit and the Role of MSME have an effect on the poverty rate in West Java Province by 38.36%. Abstrak Kemiskinan masih menjadi persoalan utama di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berbagai upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan telah dilakukan, di antaranya penyediaan layanan keuangan mikro. Keuangan mikro (microfinance) merupakan suatu cara untuk mewujudkan pembangunan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dalam tiga hal sekaligus, yaitu menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, dan mengentaskan kemiskinan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis seberapa besar peningkatan pemberian kredit yang di lakukan oleh BPR dan seberapa besar peningkatan peran UMKM terhadap penurunan tingkat kemiskinan di Jawa Barat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linier panel data dengan bantuan Eviews 8.0 dengan Fixed Effect Model digunakan sebagai teknik analisis pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peningkatan Kredit BPR berpengaruh signifikan pada taraf nyata 5% dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0006 dan berhubungan positif dengan nilai koefisien yang diperoleh sebesar 0.032. (2) Peningkatan paran UMKM berpengaruh signifikan pada taraf nyata 5% dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0000 dan berhubungan positif dengan nilai koefisien yang diperoleh sebesar 0.316. Selanjutnya secara simultan bahwa Kredit BPR dan Peran UMKM , mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 38.36%. Adapun ruang lingkup industri unggulan tersebut adalah industri kreatif kuliner, fesyen dan kerajinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, studi lapangan, observasi serta in depth interview. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi inovasi masih minimal diterapkan di industri kreatif ini. This study aims to determine individual behavior in making family investment decisions in terms of herding behavior and risk tolerance as well as demographic factors in the community in the city of Tasikmalaya. Primary data was taken by distributing questionnaires with snowball sampling technique and collected as many as 247 samples. Data were analyzed using crosstabs analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the people of the city of Tasikmalaya are more likely to choose to invest in moderate risk assets and low risk assets, with a fairly low level of herding behavior and a fairly low level of risk tolerance. The results of the crosstabs analysis showed that there was no significant difference in determining the choice of the type of family investment, between women and men in the Tasikmalaya city community. However, the results of the analysis of other demographic factors, namely marital status, income, and age, there are significant differences in determining the choice of the type of family investment. The results of the multiple regression test showed that herding behavior and risk tolerance, simultaneously, had a significant effect on family investment decisions in the community in the city of Tasikmalaya. The results also showed that partially herding behavior had no significant effect on investment decisions in the community in the city of Tasikmalaya, but risk tolerance partially had a significant effect on investment decisions in the community in the city of Tasikmalaya..
