This plant has a distinctive aroma similar to \"the smell of goats\" so it is called \"goatweed\". This article aims to explain the use of A. conyzoides as a drug and its bioactivity. The writing of this article is based on the study of literature obtained online and offline including various scientific articles then reviewed and synthesized so as to provide comprehensive information regarding the use of A. conyzoides as traditional medicine. In traditional medicine, Ageratum conyzoides is used as medicine for wounds, ulcers, and fever. Ageratum conyzoides have secondary metabolites such as terpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, terpenes, saponins, fatty acids, and alkaloids, with the main compounds stigmasterol and β-sitosterol. Bioactivity of A. conyzoides are antihistamine, antimicrobial, antiplasmodial, cytoprotective, analgesic, antioxidant and anti diabetes mellitus.Keywords: Ageratum conyzoides, antimicrobial, β-sitosterol, cytoprotective, analgesic.\u0000\u0000ABSTRAKAgeratum conyzoides atau badotan merupakan salah satu tumbuhan liar yang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai obat tradisional. Tumbuhan ini memiliki aroma khas mirip dengan “bau kambing†sehingga disebut juga sebagai “goatweedâ€. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pemanfaatan A. conyzoides sebagai obat dan bioaktivitasnya. Penulisan artikel ini didasarkan pada kajian literatur yang diperoleh secara online maupun offline meliputi berbagai artikel ilmiah kemudian dikaji dan disintesakan sehingga memberikan informasi yang kompehensif mengenai pemanfaatan A. conyzoides sebagai obat tradisional. Dalam pengobatan tradisional Ageratum conyzoides dimanfaatkan sebagai obat luka, bisul, dan demam. Ageratum conyzoides mengandung metabolit sekunder dari golongan terpenoid, flavonoid, steroid, terpen, senyawa, saponin, asam lemak, dan alkaloid, dengan senyawa utama stigmasterol dan βâ€sitosterol. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the intelligence of teachers and high school teacher teachers in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a survey method with correlational design. Respondents involved in the study of information were 118 chemistry teachers from State High Schools in DKI Jakarta. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and the performance of chemistry teachers. There is no higher than the chemistry teacher who is higher than them. It can be concluded that to have a good teacher performance, the teacher must train or improve his emotional intelligence.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000ABSTRAK\u0000\u0000Penelitian ini mengenai analisis kinerja guru kimia SMA DKI Jakarta dari Kecerdasan Emosional. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional guru dengan kinerja guru kimia SMA di DKI Jakarta. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan desain korelasional. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian melibatkan 118 orang guru kimia SMA Negeri di DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang siqnifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja guru kimia. Artinya semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional guru kimia maka semakin tinggi kinerja mereka. This research was conducted at the Sukmajaya Physio Clinic in East Depok from April to July 2018. Methods: This study was quasi-experimental with a comparative approach to pre and post test group control design with a sample of 30 people, where sampling was done with allocation random sampling that met the inclusion criteria. Samples were grouped into two groups, namely treatment group I consisting of 15 people given intervention mulligan mobilization with movement and ultra sound and treatment group II consisting of 15 people given semisquat exercise dan ultra sound. Data analysis: using statistical tests. The results of the normality and homogeneity test of the two groups showed normal distribution and homogeneous data with a value of Ï> 0.05. The research hypothesis test was conducted by independent simple t-test comparative test using the difference between lower extremity functional scale (LEFS) and test stand between the treatment groups with treatment group II after intervention, it got Ï = 0.023. Results: There were significant differences in the combination intervention of Mulligan Mobilization With Movement and ultrasound with a combination of Semi-squat exercise and ultrasound on functional improvement of the knee in the case of chondromalacia patella.\u0000\u0000Keywords: mulligan mobilization, squat exercise, and chondromalacia patella.\u0000\u0000ABSTRAK\u0000\u0000Penelitian ini bertijuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan intervensi mulligan mobilization with movementdengansemisquat exercisedalam meningkatkan fungsional sendi lutut pada kasus chondromalacia patella. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Klinik Fisio Sukmajaya Depok Timur bulan April hingga Juli 2018. Metode: penelitian ini bersifat quasi experimental dengan pendekatan komparatif pre dan post test group control design dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang, dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan allocationrandom sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sampel dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan I terdiri dari 15 orang diberikan intervensi mulligan mobilization with movementdan ultra sounddan kelompok perlakuan II terdiri dari 15 orang diberikan semisquat exercisedan ultra sound. Analisis data: menggunakan uji statistik. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, sedangkan analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian hipotesis adalah korelasi product moment pearson dengan alat pengumpulan data adalah angket untuk Variabel X (Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK) dan Variabel Y (Pertumbuhan Rohani Siswa). Untuk mengetahui sejauhmana Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani siswa, maka digunakan Uji Statistik Korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh pengujian korelasi (r) 0,33 dengan uji determinasi sebesar 10.89% dan untuk mengetahui signifikan tidaknya koefisien korelasi pada taraf nyata (ð›¼) = 0,05 maka diadakan uji “t†dengan kriteria pengujian jika thitung yang didapat dari perhitungan lebih besar (>) dari ttabel pada taraf signifikan 1 – 0,05 dengan dk = n – 2 maka hipotesis diterima dan dalam hal lain ditolak. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh thitung > ttabel( 2,49> 1,67 ), maka hipotesis diterima. Dengan demikian dapat dikemukakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani siswa di SMP NEGERI 2 SIANTAR\u0000\u0000Kata Kunci: komunikasi interpersonal, pertumbuhan rohani siswa\u0000\u0000ABSTRACT\u0000\u0000The aim of this research is to find out the Role of the Interpersonal Communication of PAK Teacher in improving spiritual growth of Grade IX Studnets in SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. The number of samples is 53 students. This research applies descriptive method; meanwhile data analysis used for hypothesis testing is Pearson‘ product-moment correlation, of which the instruments of data collection are questionnairs for variable X (Role of interpersonal communication of PAK Teacher) and variable Y (the spiritual growth of students). To examine the Role of the Interpersonal Communication of PAK Teacher in improving spiritual growth, correlation product moment of Pearson was used as the statistical measurement. The data analysis showed that correlation (r) was 0,33 with the determination value at 10.89%; and to know whether the correlation coefficient was significant or insignificant at the level of (α) = 0,05, t- test was conducted of which the criterion was if tcount got from the measurement was (>)higher than ttabel at the significant level of 1 – 0,05 with dk = n – 2, the hypothesis was accepted and vice versa. Seen from the result of data analysis, it was found that tcount > ttabel( 2,49> 1,67 ), it meant that the hypothesis was accepted. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Problem Solving memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data, aktivitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran Problem Solving dalam setiap siklus juga mengalami peningkatan serta berdampak positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata – rata siswa pada setiap siklus yang terus mengalami peningkatan. This research outputs indicated that Problem Solving has a positive impact in improving learning achievements of students. Based on data analysis the activity of the teacher in the learning process using Problem Solving method in each cycle also increased as well as the positive impact on the student achievement. This can be shown by the average value of student in each cycle which is constantly increasing. Fungsi didaktif karya sastra menyuluh pembaca secara tidak langsung. Pendidikan diberikan lewat permenungan juga mengaitkannya dengan pengalaman pribadi maupun kondisi masyarakat di zaman pembaca. Pendekatan sastra dengan cara demikian sudah ada sejak zaman Plato yang dikembangkan oleh Marxis. Karya sastra dipandang sebagai cerminan masyarakat di era tertentu. Pendekatan ini disebut mimesis, sudah lama ditinggalkan peneliti sastra, tetapi perlu dikembangkan lagi untuk mengenali dan menghargai keragaman budaya masyarakat Indonesia. Robohnya Surau Kami adalah cerpen yang mengandung nilai kemanusiaan, kasih, dan menggambarkan fenomena beribadah yang masih ditemui di zaman ini. Kepekaan dan cara penulis mengkritik persoalan masyarakat yang sensitif menjadi kekuatan cerpen ini. Selain itu, penokohan dan konflik terasa nyata sekalipun ada dialog manusia dengan Tuhan setelah kematian. Penulis menunjukkan kematangannya dalam memaparkan persoalan nyata yang akrab di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Penutup cerita pun menimbulkan keheranan. Hal tersebut memberi pengalaman membaca yang bermakna dan kesan yang mendalam bagi pembaca sehingga dapat menjadi penggugah minat baca yang efektif bagi mahasiswa, khususnya Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia.\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000Kata Kunci: refleksi, karya sastra, minat baca\u0000\u0000ABSTRACT\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000Literary work as a social document becomes an effective reflection media. The 'Didaktif' function of literary work indirectly informs readers. Education is given through reflection and it is also connected with personal experiences or society conditions in the reader era. This kind of literature approaching had been existing since the Plato era which was developed by Marxis. Literary work is viewed as a society reflection in a certain era. This approaching is called Mimesis which has long been abandoned by researchers but it needs to be developed to recognice and to appreciate the society's cultural diversity. Robohnya surau kami is a short story containing values of humanity and love end it describes a worship phenomenon which we still find in this era. The sensitivity and the way the writer criticizes society problem becomes the strength of this short story. In additions, characters decision and the conflict seem real though there is a dialogue between human and God after death. The writer shows his high capability in delivering real problems occurring in the community. The story closing makes a surprise. With the development of m-learning, students no longer need to come to the location of guidance because they can learn whenever they want each they bring a laptop or smartphone by accessing online tutoring. Ruangguru presents as one of alternative online tutoring media can be easily accessed via smartphone, laptop or tablet. Ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan yang mempunyai kemampuan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta yang berkarakter, maka diperlukan suatu metode pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu cara atau metode pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) dalam upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Dalam mendiskripsikan analisis manajemen dan pelatihan, penulis menggunakan pendekatan sistem dimana dijabarkan terlebih dahulu mengenai konsep manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan, kemudian bagaimana proses manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan itu sendiri. Pendekatan yang kedua adalah pendekatan sumber masukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dominan dalam manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan. Terdapat paling sedikit tujuh faktor yang dominan, yaitu: 1) Penyelenggara Diklat; 2) Instruktur/Pelatih; 3) Peserta; 4) Perencanaan Kebutuhan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan; 5) Kurikulum; 6) Sarana dan Prasarana; 7) Pembiayaan.\u0000\u0000Kata kunci: Manajemen, Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Sumber daya manusia\u0000\u0000ABSTRACT\u0000\u0000Every company is required to have qualified human resources and character. The availability of human resources that meet the needs of companies that have the ability, knowledge and skills as well as the character, it is necessary a method of human resource development. One way or method of human resource development is through education and training. The purpose of this paper is to know the factors that influence the management of education and training (Diklat) in the effort of human resource development. In describing the analysis of management and training, the authors use a system approach where described first about the concept of management education and training, then how the process of management education and training itself. The second approach is the input source approach to analyze the dominant factors in education and training management. Uji bioaktivitasnya dari ekstrak P. ambonicus memiliki aktivitas sebagai anti mikroba, anti kanker, dan hepaprotektif. The utilization of plants as food and medicine related to secondary metabolite content. The writing of this article is based on literature review of various books and scientific articles obtained on line or off line. The leaves and stems of P. amboinicus contains essential oils that produce flavor and aroma, so that its used as a vegetable, seasoning, and maternal postpartum menu. The bioactivity of P. ambonicus extract has activity as anti microbial, anti cancer, and hepaprotective.
