Planning as a guide in the implementation of education. Educational planning is very important and urgent that must be applied to Christian educational institutions. Planning provides direction for the institution to achieve the vision. In fact, in the observed Christian educational institutions, educational planning has not been made as a necessity that should be carried out before implementing educational programs at the institution. One of the reasons is that educational planners at these institutions still do not understand the planning process comprehensively. The stages of conducting educational planning are: (1) determine the goals, (2) researching the problem to be carried out, (3) collect the necessary data and information, (4) determine a series of actions to be taken, (5) formulating ways to solve problems, (6) determine the human resources that will be involved, and (7) determine how to control and evaluate the plan. This research is qualitative descriptive research. While the kind of this research is library research. The object of this research is teaching book on the grade IV with the first theme Indahnya Kebersamaan the first printing in 2013 with 106 pages which arranged and produced by education and culture minister. The variable in this research is multiple intelligences concept. The technique of data collecting in this research uses documentations technique. The research of data is analyzed by content or document analysis and the technique of descriptive analysis that uses presentence technique to know the number and presentence of the contents multiple intelligences concept, not only the whole of intelligences but also each intelligence.The result of this research points that: there is multiple intelligences concept based on Howard Gardner in teaching book on the grade IV with the first theme Indahnya Kebersamaan which can produce and develop each student intelligences. The findings of the data obtained from are as follows. There is a mathematical concept that contains counts of numbers and mathematical symbols as much as 66%. There is a command sentence that shows problem solving activities or counts of 18%. There are math games or other strategy games such as 7% crosswords, There are sentences that show experimental procedures to find causal relationships. There are sentences that discuss various activities. as much as 6%, rounding up and interpreting statistical data as much as 3%\u0000\u0000Keywords: Mathematical logic intelligence, Multiple Intelligences, Textbooks, 2013 Curriculum\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000ABSTRAk\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi konsep kecerdasan logika matematika dalam buku ajar kelas IV tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan pada kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau studi pustaka (library research). Objek penelitian ini adalah buku ajar kelas IV tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan cetakan pertama tahun 2013 setebal 106 halaman yang disusun dan diterbitkan oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep kecerdasan logika matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan \u0000\u0000analisis isi atau dokumen (content or document analysis) dan teknik analisis deskriptif menggunakan teknik presentase untuk mengetahui jumlah dan presentase muatan konsep kecerdasan logika matematika, baik secara keseluruhan maupun masing-masing kecerdasan. The right approach is a demonstration method for studying physical phenomena with the aim of providing understanding to students to recognize, understand the material of physics and science, so that information obtained from various media can be useful. The demonstration method instills confidence in students and is a natural or natural way according to the development process of students to learn to understand the lesson. This research was conducted at SMP Santo Markus I in the even semester of the 2017/2018 academic year by demonstrating the making and use of simple star binocular props to 31 students of 9th grade. After the demonstration a questionnaire was given to students to find out the students' responses. From this research, it was found that students liked physics subjects with a response of 77%, liked and understood teaching aids which were demonstrated with a response of 87%, liked the demonstration method demonstrating teaching aids with a response of 88%, better understanding and understanding physics lessons using teaching aids with a response of 89%, having motivation to develop simple teaching aids was 74%.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Binoculars, Demonstrations, Props\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000ABSTRAK\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000Pembelajaran fisika di sekolah menengah pertama tidak hanya sekedar menekankan pada penguasaan materi, konsep atau prinsip tetapi merupakan suatu proses yang sangat baik dalam penemuan fenomena baru sehingga dapat membawa peserta didik dalam situasi atau kondisi nyata dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari yang dapat diamati dan dibuktikan secara langsung oleh peserta didik. Pendekatan yang tepat adalah metode demonstrasi untuk mempelajari fenomena fisika dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik untuk mengenal, memahami materi fisika dan sains, sehingga informasi yang diperoleh dari berbagai media dapat bermanfaat. Metode demonstrasi menanamkan keyakinan pada peserta didik serta merupakan cara yang wajar atau alamiah sesuai proses perkembangan peserta didik untuk belajar memahami pelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Santo Markus I pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dengan melakukan demonstrasi pembuatan dan penggunaan alat peraga teropong bintang sederhana kepada 31 siswa kelas 9. The research method used isquantitative research. Population of 8th and 9th grade students of CanaanChristian Middle School Tangerang. Payment sample of 60 students. Datacollection is done by following a questionnaire conducted directly by therespondent. Furthermore, it was analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20.Program. The results showed that there were benefits from Teacher Readiness,Infrastructure, and Student Motivation in Canaan Christian Middle School inTangerang, both partially and jointly on the Successful Implementation of the2013 Curriculum. 2013 can be achieved by the readiness of teachers in terms ofprofessional, pedagogical, personality, and social competence; Schools thathave good and decent infrastructure or can be given proper ones; and studentshave good and high learning motivation. The population includes all students of class XI MIPA SMAN 92Jakarta Semester I Academic Year 2018/2019. The study sample consisted oftwo classes with a sample size of 58 students determined by purposive sampling.The research instrument is a test question. Hypothesis test conducted byparametric test is testing paired samples t test at a significant level of 0.05 withthe help of SPSS 23 for windows. The results of this study obtained t count of36,286 and a significant value of 0.00. Based on data analysis and hypothesistesting carried out obtained that: (1) There is an increase in student chemistrylearning outcomes through cooperative learning models think pair share atSMAN 92 Jakarta. (2) Increasing students' chemistry learning outcomes by usingthe cooperative learning model think pair share of 0.7 in the N-gain category,when compared to the conventional model of 0.67.\u0000\u0000Keywords: improvement, learning model, learning outcomes, and Think pairshare\u0000\u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen murni dengan desain pre-testand post-test only control. Populasi meliputi seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA SMAN92 Jakarta Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Sampel penelitian terdiri daridua kelas dengan jumlah sampel 58 siswa yang ditentukan dengan purposivesampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes soal. Uji Hipotesis yang dilakukandengan uji parametrik yaitu uji paired samples t test pada taraf signifikan 0,05dengan bantuan SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh t hitungsebesar 36,286 dan nilai signifikan 0,00. Berdasarkan analisis data dan ujihipotesis yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa: (1) Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajarkimia siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share di SMAN92 Jakarta. Moreover, the baby who wasborn has been waiting long enough. However, sometimes what is expected byhumans is not always the same as what was presented by the creator. Thenwhat if it turns out that children who are present in the family are specialchildren? These children need special attention due to physical and mentaldisorders. Not a few parents must have children with special needs (ABK)confused, shocked or even blame each other. This is certainly not something thatis expected from children. ABK requires education, attention, assistance, speciallearning methods. Thus ABK parents must get special assistance so that theycan accept their child and educate the child with great attention and love. ABKparents must be assisted from early childhood, so that education and care aremore optimal. Counseling for ABK parents is done so parents do not feel alone,not ashamed, willing to accept and have a great readiness to accompany theirchildren in the future. The counselor is expected to be able to help ABK's parentsby providing counseling services specifically to guide parents. The guidance alsoserves to help parents provide alternative education and therapy that can begiven to children with special needs from an early age.\u0000\u0000Keywords: children with special needs, counselling, and guidance\u0000\u0000ABSTRAK\u0000\u0000Sebuah kebahagian ketika seorang perempuan dalam sebuah keluargamelahirkan. Apalagi buah hati yang dilahirkan telah ditunggu cukup lama.Namun, terkadang apa yang diharapkan manusia tidak selalu sama dengan apayang dihadirkan oleh pencipta. Lalu bagaimana apabila ternyata anak yang hadirdalam keluarga adalah anak yang special?. Anak tersebut memerlukan perhatiankhusus baik disebabkan kelainan fisik maupun mental. Tidak sedikit Orangtuaharus anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) mengalami kebingungan, kaget ataubahkan saling menyalahkan. Hal ini tentu bukan hal yang diharapkan dari anak.ABK memerlukan pendidikan, perhatian, bantuan, metode belajar khusus.Demikian orangtua ABK harus mendapatkan pendampingan khusus agarmereka bisa menerima anak mereka dan mendidik anak tersebut dengan penuhperhatian dan cinta yang besar. Orangtua ABK harus dibantu sejak anak usiadini, agar pendidikan dan pengasuhan lebih optimal. Konseling bagi orangtuaABK dilakukan agar orang tua tidak merasa sendiri, tidak malu, mau menerimadan memiliki kesiapan hati yang besar untuk mendampingi anak mereka dikemudian hari. The population in this study were all Chemistry EducationStudents FKIP-UKI, with student sampling in the 3rd semester of the 2018/2019academic year. Questionnaires that are used as instruments in research arevalidated by two validators who are experts in the field of learning evaluation.The results of data analysis obtained from the pre-test and post-test showed anincrease in the concentration of student learning through the utilization of quizizzlearning evaluations in Chemistry Physics I courses of 0.45, with a moderateincrease in interpretation. Of the five indicators of learning concentration, theindicator of accuracy experienced the highest increase of 0.53 and theunderstanding indicator experienced the lowest increase of 0.36. Based on indepthinterviews with students used as sampling, accuracy increases due to timeconstraints and students 'fear of the response of answers inputted by students toquizizz. Evaluation of learning using quizizz helps improve students' learningconcentration. The use of quizizz can be done by other lecturers, teachers andstudents who will implement PKM to support the 4.0 industrial revolution.\u0000\u0000Keywords: concentration, education, industry 4.0, physical chemistry, danquizizz\u0000\u0000ABSTRAK\u0000\u0000Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahuipeningkatan konsentrasi belajar mahasiswa melalui pemanfaatan evaluasipembelajaran quizizz pada mata kuliah Kimia Fisika I. Populasi dalam Penelitianini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia FKIP-UKI, dengan samplingmahasiswa Semester 3 tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Angket yang digunakansebagai instrument dalam penelitian di validasi oleh dua orang validator yang ahlidibidang evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari pre-testdan post-test menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pada konsentrasi belajarmahasiswa melalui pemanfaatan evaluasi pembelajaran quizizz pada matakuliah Kimia Fisika I sebesar 0,45, dengan interpretasi peningkatan sedang. Darilima indikator konsentrasi belajar, indikator ketelitian mengalami peningkatantertinggi yaitu sebesar 0,53 dan indikator pemahaman mengalami peningkatanpaling rendah yaitu 0,36. Berdasarkan wawancara mendalam terhadapmahasiswa yang digunakan sebagai sampling, ketelitian meningkat akibatadanya batasan waktu dan ketakutan mahasiswa terhadap respon jawaban yangdiinput mahasiswa pada quizizz. Evaluasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakanquizizz membantu meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar peserta didik. It is important for students to explore their knowledge of the consciousattitude of chemical security. Insecure attitudes will cause problems for thesestudents, others, and the environment. Many sources can be used to foster aconscious attitude to chemical security, one of which is by participating in awebsite-based seminar (webinar). Knowledge formed at the webinar is areference for respondents in choosing the option of choice in the statementprovided. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires to respondents. Thequestionnaire contained nine statements related to chemical security awareness.Each statement is given five choice options with reference to the Likert scalesystem. Based on respondents' data, it was seen that 42.7% of respondentschose the basic knowledge option in the chemical security statement, 28.1%chose the option above basic knowledge, 26.9% chose the intermediateknowledge option, and the other 2.3% chose the advanced knowledge option.While the expert knowledge option which is the highest value option is notchosen by the respondent. From these data, it shows that the respondent'schemical security attitude is classified as low.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Chemical Security, Webinar\u0000\u0000ABSTRAK\u0000\u0000Keamanan kimia merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam prosespembelajaran kimia. Penting bagi pebelajar untuk menggali pengetahuannyaterhadap sikap sadar keamanan kimia. Sikap yang tidak aman akanmenyebabkan masalah bagi pebelajar tersebut, orang lain, dan lingkungan.Banyak sumber yang dapat digunakan untuk menumbuhkan sikap sadarkeamanan kimia, salah satunya dengan berpartisipasi pada acara seminarberbasis website (webinar). Pengetahuan yang terbentuk pada acara webinarmenjadi acuan responden dalam memilih opsi pilihan pada pernyataan yangtelah disediakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan angket padaresponden. Angket tersebut memuat sembilan pernyataan terkait sikap sadarkeamanan kimia. Masing-masing pernyataan diberi lima opsi pilihan denganmengacu pada sistem skala Likert. Berdasarkan data responden terlihat bahwa42,7% responden memilih opsi pengetahuan dasar pada pernyataan keamanankimia, 28,1% memilih opsi diatas pengetahuan dasar, 26,9% memilih opsipengetahuan menengah, dan 2,3% lainnya memilih opsi pengetahuan mahir.Sedangkan opsi pengetahuan ahli yang merupakan opsi dengan nilai tertinggitidak dipilih oleh responden. Teknologi digital berimbas pada system pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya Bahasa Inggris, mengingatkemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa asing menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari pemanfaatan teknologi. Dalam hal ini, guru Bahasa Inggris memiliki peran yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan bahasa. Peran-peran tersebut dapat memperlengkapi siswa-siswi dengan literasi baru meliputi literasi data, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia, keterampilan, dan karakter bangsa sehingga mereka bias menjadi agen perubahan yang bijaksana dalam menyikapi dan menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi, dengan tetap memperhatikan nilai kemanusian. Meskipun memberikan banyak manfaat bagi kehidupan dan menyediakan kemudahan bagi manusia, revolusi industry ini memberikan tantangan yang cukup kompleks pada para praktisi pendidikan, khususnya para guru Bahasa Inggris. Selainitu, revolusi ini juga membawa implikasi pada dunia pendidikan, terutamanya pada pembelajaran Bahasa.\u0000\u0000Kata kunci: guru Bahasa Inggris, RevolusiIndustri 4.0, peran\u0000\u0000ABSTRACT\u0000\u0000The rapid development of science and technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, has tremendous impacts on human life, one of them in the field of Education. Digital technology causes a shift on the education system in Indonesia, especially English education, since the ability to communicate in foreign languages is an integral part of the technology utilization. In this case, English teachers have particular roleswhich can determine the success of the language education. These roles can equip students with new literacies including data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy, skills, and national characters,which make them become wise agents of change in addressing and using technological sophistication, without neglecting human values. Although, it provides many benefits and conveniencesfor human beings, this industrial revolution provides quite complex challenges for education practitioners, especially English teachers. In the reading beginning, students are taught to recognize letters and letter sounds, stringing letters into syllables, words to compose sentences. When implementing the reading beginning with flashcard there are certainly benefits and constraints encountered. Thus, this research was conducted to describe the benefits and constraints encountered when applying a flascard to the beginning reading learning. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Qualitative descriptive is an effort to explain facts, data, or objects, qualitatively in the form of language or discourse by interpreting appropriately and systematically. Data is displayed not in the form of quantitative numbers. This research was conducted in one of the private schools in Mamit, Papua. The class observed was grade 1 elementary school. The benefits of applying flashcard to the beginning reading learning is able to attract students' attention, students are not nervous while reading, and help students remember words more easily. While the constraints in implementing flashcards is that it takes a long time.\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000Keywords: Flashcard, Reading, The Beginning Reading\u0000\u0000 \u0000\u0000ABSTRAK\u0000\u0000Membaca permulaan merupakan tahap awal dari pembelajaran membaca yang harus diajarkan sejak usia dini, karena hal tersebut merupakan dasar bagi siswa untuk dapat melangkah kepada tahap membaca pemahaman. Saat membaca permulaan, siswa diajarkan untuk mengenal huruf dan bunyi huruf, merangkai huruf menjadi suku kata, kata hingga menyusun kalimat. Saat menerapkan membaca permulaan dengan flashcard tentunya ada manfaat dan kendala yang ditemui. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diadakan untuk menguraikan manfaat dan kendala yang ditemui saat menerapkan flascard pada pembelajarana membaca permulaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.\u0000\u0000Deskriptif kualitatif adalah upaya menjelaskan fakta, data, atau objek, secara kualitatif dalam bentuk bahasa atau wacana dengan menginterpretasi secara tepat dan sistematis. Data ditampilkan bukan berupa angka-angka kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu sekolah swasta yang ada di Mamit, Papua. Kelas yang di observasi adalah kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar. Manfaat dari penerapan flashcard pada pembelajaran membaca Permulaan adalah mampu menarik perhatian siswa, siswa tidak gugup ketika membaca, dan membantu siswa lebih mudah mengingat kata.
