Today it is necessary that in view of the increasing threats to the environment, environmental education should be included in the curriculum at every level of education so that environmental awareness can be generated. The use of substances that contaminate the atmosphere should be stopped and emphasis should be laid on the use of alternative means so that environmental problems can be solved and natural calamities can be minimized. Despite the power that government agencies have to regulate industries and mines, they are not always able to use their resources to punish those who violate the rules. Due to the increasing number of legislations aimed at addressing environmental issues, organizations are becoming more aware of their responsibilities. Aside from hazardous waste disposal, the environment also has a concern about the safety of consumer products. The need for green manufacturing and marketing is increasing day by day. The concept of green marketing laws focuses on the use of sustainable materials and methods in the production and marketing of products.\u0000The paper is based on the data collected by different sources such as a Google form questionnaire and secondary sources. Through their analysis, the researchers also look into the various legal aspects of green products manufacturing from various online and offline publications that provide detailed information about this field.

Even in the developed countries women have not come at par with their male counterparts in terms of status, recognition and active participation in economic activities. However, with the increasing qualitative education, the scenario is changing little by little. In Indian context, in view of multiple societal setup women are still struggling to register their effective presence in the male dominated society in general and poor and backward societies in particular. It is interesting to note that the socio-economic conditions of women in Garhwal region are comparatively better than other regions of the country. Education has played a vital role in bringing about a change in attitude towards women’s participation in society. In the present communication an attempt has been made to analyze various factors and indicators associated with the attitude of people towards working women in both urban and rural backgrounds.

The Himalayas are most disaster prone due to varying reasons and it is imperative to understand them for mitigation purpose. State’s disaster management department data shows that since 2000, at least 5,731 people have died and more than 2,000 have been injured as a result of natural disasters, usually caused by flash floods and landslides, in Uttarakhand. By being prepared, we can mitigate the impact that a disaster has on our lives and property. An efficient disaster management strategy should be prepared in Uttarakhand so that the state should have the ability to deal with unanticipated calamities. The youngest mountain range in the world, the Himalayas, is\u0000inherently prone to disasters. High erosion, earthquakes, and deep river cuts make it vulnerable to these natural disasters. Rainstorms and cloud bursts also batter these mountains often. Uttarakhand is home to many pilgrims’ places. As a result, lakhs of people from all over the world visit here each year. This also puts population\u0000pressure on the region. Ignoring nature’s warning can be disastrous we have seen that in case of Uttarakhand. The evaluation of the pilgrimage route's landslide risk must be conducted by geological teams with the necessary training and expertise. This paper will try to highlights some of the problems the state of Uttarakhand facing due to disaster and also the new innovative methods used in disaster mitigation activities by the state.

The culture of Ecuador is a colourful fusion of African, European, and American Indian customs. Even though children's situations in Ecuador have significantly improved recently, more has to be done, notably in the areas of education, healthcare, gender equality, and children's everyday living circumstances. Despite recent considerable improvements for children in Ecuador, more has to be done, particularly in the areas of education, healthcare, gender equality, and children's day-to-day living conditions.\u0000With the establishment of the Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the current study seeks to develop a human rights-based strategy to realise every child's rights, particularly those of the most disadvantaged, and to heed the call to "leave no child behind" in order to uphold those rights for every child in Ecuador. The nation frequently implements fresh tactics to improve child protection. Despite these initiatives, children's concerns continue to hinder the country's development. The absence of regulations and actions by the government to protect school-aged children is one of the problems that has to be resolved first.
