The concept of green marketing laws focuses on the use of sustainable materials and methods in the production and marketing of products.\nThe paper is based on the data collected by different sources such as a Google form questionnaire and secondary sources. Abstract

India has a variety of regulatory instruments that are designed to protect its natural resources. Despite the power that government agencies have to regulate industries and mines, they are not always able to use their resources to punish those who violate the rules. Due to the increasing number of legislations aimed at addressing environmental issues, organizations are becoming more aware of their responsibilities.
