BilaPHBS tidak dilakukan dengan baik maka akan menimbulkan dampak yang tidak diinginkanyaitu munculnya berbagai penyakit serta status kesehatan yang tidak baik. Hal ini ditemukanpada SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu Kabupaten Deli Serdang.Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik dengan PHBS di SMAnegeri 1 Pancur Batu.Metode : Jenis penelitian cross sectional yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu.Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 88 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling.Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Having another sex partner may increase the risk of HIV infection. Goals : This study aimed to determine the effect of having another sex partner on the incidence of HIV infection in couples in Medan. Method: This was an analytic observational study with a case-control design. The study was conducted at RSUP H Adam Malik Medan, North Sumatera, from November to December 2017. A sample of 80 housewives was selected for this study by fixed disease sampling consisting of 40 HIV infected housewives and 40 HIV uninfected housewives. The dependent variable was HIV infection. The independent variable was having another sex partner. Goals: The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of teacher’s evaluation about School Health Unit (UKS) program in the State Primary School No.060910 Medan 2017. Methods: The research is a descriptive study with a sample of 23 people is a teacher of elementary school No. 060 910 Medan 2017. Field data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Results: The results of this study obtained the overall implementation of the UKS program implemented fairly that is 56.5%. UKS implementation of school health education activities are carried out fairly, that is 62.5%, the activities carried out with sufficient health care, which is 65.2% and the activities of health coaching healthy school environment performing well, which is 73.9%. Conclusion: Puskesmas are expected to improve their cooperation and performance with schools in their work areas, especially in improving health services. Puskesmas with schools need to discuss the UKS activities plan that will be done in school, so that can be arranged schedule of implementation and their respective duties. The scope of emergency services is to conduct a primary survey, such as airway, breathing, circulation, disability and secondary survey. Goals:The purpose of this study is to find out the handling of Emergency patients at the Emergency Installation of Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2017 Methods:The research design used was descriptive. The population used was emergency patients, with sampling technique of pulposive sampling of 297 people. The criteria used were inclusion with the criteria of an acute myocardial infarction patient, head trauma, airway obstruction, pneumothorax, burns and shock Results:Technique used by researcher was documentation study with the results of the study showed male gender of 176 people (59.3%), age> 65 years were 98 people (33%) Handling of the case of the highest emergency patients was acute myocardial infarction 98 people (33%). Asi contains various nutrients needed in the process of growth and development of babies. ) The efficacy of breast milk is so large as breast milk can reduce the risk of babies suffering from various diseases. If the baby is sick it will heal faster when getting breast milk. Breast milk also helps the growth and development of children's intelligence Goals: The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between family knowledge and support for mothers with exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The research method used an analytical survey type with a cross sectional approach to 75 breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 7-24 months. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis to obtain an overview of each independent and dependent variable. Data will be presented in the form of distribution, frequency and bivariate analysis to determine whether there is a relationship between independent variables (categorical) and independent variables (categorical) using Chi Square Test. Results: The results of the study obtained the frequency distribution of respondents with good knowledge 45 people (60%), less knowledge of 30 people (40%), family support 33 respondents (44%), family support 42 respondents (56%), ASI actions Exclusive 17 respondents (22.7%), did not provide exclusive breastfeeding 58 respondents (77.3%). There is no relationship between mother's knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0.063). There is no relationship between family support for exclusive breastfeeding p = 0.063 and p = 0.098 (α = 0.05) means that there is no relationship between knowledge and family support for mothers with exclusive breastfeeding. Dosen yang regulasi dirinya baik adalah dosen yang secara metakognitif, motivasional dan behavioral aktif dalam pekerjaan atau kinernyanya. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self regulation dengan kinerja dosen di STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Metode : Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan survey analitik dengan metode cross sectional dengan total sampling yaitu seluruh dosen yang aktif bekerja di STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan sebanyak 30 responden.Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner self regulation dikembangkan oleh Miller & Brown (1991) dan kinerja dosen adalah kuesioner ABFI Institute Perbanas (2010). Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosen memiliki self regulation baik sebanyak 15 orang (50.0%) dan sebagian besar dosen memiliki kinerja baik sebanyak 20 orang (66.7%). Hasil Fisher’s Exact Test didapatkan p=0.001 (p<0.05), sehingga ada hubungan self regulation dengan kinerja dosen di STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Progressive Muscle Relaxation is one technique that can relax muscle tension and create a relaxed feeling that can lower blood pressure. Goals : This study aims to determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on blood pressure decrease in elderly with hypertension in Dusun IV Tanjung Anom Medan Year 2018. Methods : The design used design is one group pretest and post test design with purposive sampling method that is 28 respondents elderly who are in Dusun IV Tanjung Anom Medan. The Instruments used for taking data were SOP, observation sheet, stethoscope, sphygmomanometer Result : Data analysis showed the result of pre intervention blood pressure mostly on 1st degree of hypertension 16 people (57,1%) and post intervention mostly on 2 prehypertension were 13 people (46,4%). The result of Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test statistic shows that p = 0,000 (p <0,05) means the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on blood pressure drop in elderly with hypertension in Dusun IV Tanjung Anom Medan Year 2018. Nurses who have caring for patients will establish interpersonal relationships so that patients feel comfortable, safe, and can improve their health.Goal: The purpose of this study is to find out how the description of caring behavior of nurses in patients in internal wards of Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan.Method: Design of this study is descriptif. Population of the study is all inpatients in internis wards of Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. Sample is determined based on Slovin formula and obtained as much as 86 respondents.The sampling method used is probability sampling with random sampling type. While in Indonesia the infant mortality rate due to infection of Caput succedaneum in 2013 amounted to 11% from 35 per 1000 live births. Goals: To have real experience in implementing Care of Newborn Gynecology Born on By. Mrs. S age of 1 day with Caput Succedaneum at Santa Elisabeth Lubuk Baja Batam Hospital in 2017. Method: Based on a case study on By. Mrs. S, the method uses Varney Midwifery Management approach, for data collection that is primary data consisting of physical examination include examination of caput extension, general condition, vital signs, and anthropometry. Result: Based on By case. Mrs. S with Caput Succedaneum performed handling and treatment for 4 days at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam. After the treatment of Caput Succedaneum and giving 20 gram Trombophop gel therapy, the baby's condition has improved and the caput problem has been resolved. Conclusion: Based on By case. Prolapsed uterus is a very rare condition. The frequency of prolapsed uterus in Indonesia is only 1.5%. Most occur at an older age than a young age. This is caused by weakness of the muscles and fascia structures at a later age. Based on the book of Opname list in Santa Elisabeth room at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan period from January 2017 to May 2018 as many as 15 medical records. Based on the list of Opname shows prolapsed uterus at age> 70 years for 5 people and at age> 30-70 years for 9 people and at age <30 years for 1 person.Goals : The writer are expected to be skilled in giving midwifery care to the elderly age of 74 years with prolapsed uterus level II through Varney management approach.Methods: This report was a survey study report with Descriptive method, the location of this case study was at Santa Elisabeth room of Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan.
