Having another sex partner may increase the risk of HIV infection. Goals : This study aimed to determine the effect of having another sex partner on the incidence of HIV infection in couples in Medan. Method: This was an analytic observational study with a case-control design. The study was conducted at RSUP H Adam Malik Medan, North Sumatera, from November to December 2017. A sample of 80 housewives was selected for this study by fixed disease sampling consisting of 40 HIV infected housewives and 40 HIV uninfected housewives. The dependent variable was HIV infection. The independent variable was having another sex partner. 摘要
艾滋病毒感染和艾滋病是全球性的公共卫生问题。有另一个性伴侣可能会增加感染艾滋病毒的风险。目的:本研究旨在确定另一个性伴侣对棉兰夫妇中HIV感染发生率的影响。方法:采用病例对照设计的分析观察性研究。该研究于2017年11月至12月在北苏门答腊的RSUP H Adam Malik棉兰进行。本研究采用固定疾病抽样的方法,选取家庭主妇80人,其中感染HIV的家庭主妇40人,未感染HIV的家庭主妇40人。因变量为HIV感染。自变量是有另一个性伴侣。结果:多因素分析结果显示,丈夫的职业(OR = 6.223)、有另一个性伴侣(OR = 6.823)的夫妻感染HIV的风险增加。
