Changes in body function effect to concumption and absortion of nutrients. The elderly with nutritional problems, it is necessary to cure and prevent complications from the disease. The most problems often are is malnutrion and obesity, it caused due to changes in diet and activities after retirement. Goals : This study aims to determine the description of the nutritional status of the elderly in the Nurse Study Program area of STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan Method : The present study is descriptif to asses the nutritional status of the elderly Gerontik Ners Nursing Area STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan using Body Mass Index (BMI) by measuring body weight and height in 30 elderly people. Results: The results showed that the majority of elderly people in the Elderly category (60- 74) 56.4%, the elderly who had gout acid comorbidities were 63.3% and over nutrition status 53.4%. Goals:This study aims to develop transitional care protocols in Cardiovascular Inpatient Ward at Hospital in Medan. Methods: Action research through two cycles consisting of reconnaissance, planning, action, observation, and reflection used to collect data. Participants consisted of 17 nurses in the cardiovascular ward. Data were analyzed through content analysis and descriptive statistic test. Results: The result of this research was transitional care protocol consist of screening patients at risk of readmissions, patient and family involvement, promoting self management, identification of symptoms and how to overcome them, and nurse collaboration with other health worker in the hospital. Observation results showed that 70.58% of participants were able to do transitional care. increased of nurses' knowledge of transitional care and patient's ready to continuity of care at home. Family Planning is an effort to increase the awareness and participation of urban society through Maturatingthe Age Marriage (PUP), Controlling birth, Fostering family resilience, Improving the welfare of small families. One of the contraceptives used by the community is the 3-month injection hormonal contraception, DMPA (DEPOT MEDROXYPROGESTERONE ACETATE). Depotmedroxyprogesterone acetate is a contraceptive which contains 25 mg medroxyprogesterone acetate and 5 mg Estradiol Cypionate called Cyclophem. This DMPA contraceptive injection is given every 3 months and must be injected in a deep intramuscular injections in the buttocks area. This medroxyprogesterone Acetate contraceptive injection has high effectiveness if it is carried out regularly according to a predetermined schedule. Methods : This research is descriptive which uses primary data through questionnaires distributed to all 3-month injectable family planning acceptors. Sampling in total population with a total of 33 respondents. Results: According to the results of the research based on the knowledge,out of 33 respondents, (39%) were knowledgeable enough and (27%) were less knowledge. Based on education, the majority had high school education with (66%), and a minority had a higher education/collegewith (3%). Based on the occupation, the majority of respondents (63%) were housewives, and self-employement were the minoritywith (36%). Based on parity, the majority (64%) had 2 children, and a minority (21%) had>3 children. Based on the economy, the majority (33%) out of 33 respondents earn <2,000,000. Based on sources of information, the majority (96%) of the environment and minority (6%) are from electronic media. Based on the age of the majority (94%) were 20-35 years old and a minority (6%) were > 35 years old. Research Indonesia from 2011 to August 2014 there were 369 complaints related to the issue of which 25% are in the field of education. KPAI mention that 87.6% of children said they had experienced violence in the school environment in many forms in which 29.9% of the violence carried out by teachers, 42.1% carried by classmates, and 28% is done by a friend of another class. This study aims to determine the relationship of parents' parenting school-age children (10-12) with bullying behavior in elementary Tenaru Hamlet Village TenaruDarek Southwestern Praya District of Central Lombok. Goals : This research used analytic observational research with cross sectional design with a sample size in this study were 53 children taken from class IV, V, and VI were in elementary school Tenaru, research carried out on 31 May - 4 June 2016. Methode : The type of research used in this study was analytic observational research with a cross sectional study design. Where the type of research emphasizes the time of measurement / observation of independent and dependent variable data only once at a time. The population in this study were all students in elementary school age (SD) from class IV to VI as many as 56 people, with a sample size of as many as 56 people. Result : Data collection tools in this study were questionnaires and data analysis using statistical test Chi Sguare the significance level of p≤ 0.05. Based on the results obtained penelitiaan p-value = 0.003 ≤ 0.5 means there singnifikan relationship between parenting parents with bullying behavior. The pillar of health professional staff consists of various important elements, one of which is medical record staff. Hospitals do division of tasks in each department, according to their duties and functions. The results of implementing these functions are called performance. Organizational characteristics that affect individual performance consist of resources, leadership, rewards, organizational structure and work design. Goals: This study aims to analyzed the factors related to the performance of Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital Palembang medical record staff in 2016. Method: This type of research was quantitative, analytical survey method with cross sectional approach. When the study was conducted in August 2016 in the medical record of Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital Palembang. The population was all 33 medical records. The sample was a total population of 33 people. Techniques for collecting data with documentation and questionnaires. Measurements on variables of motivation, age, duration of work, education and leadership on the performance of medical record staff using a Likert scale. Bivariate statistical analyzed with Chi Square and multivariate test with Logistic Regression. Results: The results of the study was of only 2 that were significantly related to performance, namely motivation and leadership. Motivational variables after multivariate analysis and after selection with other independent variables still hav e a statistically significant relationship, where: OR: 5,012 (95% CI: 1,513 -16,601) p = 0,008 gives an interpretation that low motivation has a tendency to 5,012 times for have low performance too. Conclusion: Motivational variables had a significant relationship so that low motivation has a tendency to have low performance too. Obesity experienced by mothers before pregnancy can affect the increase in baby's weight. Goals : Analyze differences in the increase in infant weight of obese and normal breastfeeding mothers. Method : Observational study with cross sectional design for 40 breastfeeding mothers and their babies in the work area of Andalas Community Health Center, Ikur Koto Health Center and Lubuk Buaya Health Center in Padang City with consecutive sampling techniques from August to November 2017. Increased body weight was obtained from a 1-month baby weight reduction with baby's birth weight. Data analysis using independent t test to see the difference between the two groups of variables. Result : There was a difference in the increase in infant weight from obese mothers with normal breastfeeding mothers (p = 0.023).Conclusion : Lower weight gain in infants of obese mothers. Globally, 80% of deaths are categorized directly in the cause of maternal mortality, which is caused by the occurrence of bleeding (25%), usually postpartum hemorrhage, hypertension in pregnant women (12%), misfiring (8%), abortion (13%) , and for other reasons (7%) (Basana, et al 2017) Objective: To conduct a foster care assessment on ny.N with chronic hypertension using varney obstetric care management. Methods: The type of research is descriptive, with case study methods that aim to see the differences and similarities between theory and pratek about chronic hypertension. Results: The results of midwifery care given to ny.N with chronic hypertension were given in accordance with theoretical care for the treatment of pregnant women with chronic hypertension and in the implementation of upbringing performed until partially resolved problems. Having done penkes and collaboration with doctors in the provision of drug therapy. This can make elderly vulnerable to stress. Stress can make elderly not productive and focus on his/her losing. Stress might causes loss of interest, feelings of failure, and restless in physically and emotionally. Stress can impact to anger, anxiety, depression, pathological symptoms, and psychiatric illness. Thus, it require effective ways to manage stress which is experienced by older adults. Nursing management in handling stress can be done with holistic approach which one is spiritual care. Strong belief can make powerful positive effect to mind and body and can bring comfort. Goals : This study aim to know the relationship between spirituality with stress elderly in Palembang. Methods: Survey analytic design with cross sectional approach had done to 72 respondents by purposive. Data have been taken by Religious Commitment Inventory (RCI) and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) then analyzed by Pearson’s correlation. Results : Results showed mean of RCI 31,03 (moderate religious) with standard deviation 7,551 and PSS mean 20,47 (moderate stress level) with standard deviation 5,642. Bivariate result showed there was negative relationship between spirituality and stress (r= –0,267; p= 0,023). Medical records are written evidence of services provided by doctors that contain patient identity, examination, treatment, other actions and services that have been given to patients. Midwives as medical personnel who also provide health services have an obligation to make documentation of their midwifery care actions. Aim: This study aimed to analyze the relationship of midwifery DIII student knowledge about medical records with the completeness of filling in midwifery care documentation. Methode: This research was an analytic observational study with cross sectional design. The study population was all third level midwifery DIII students who served at Santa Elisabeth Hospital in Medan and were directly involved in filling in medical records. Data was obtained by observed the completeness of filling nursing care documentation in the medical record for the period August 1st-31st, 2018 and used a questionnaire to assess the level of knowledge of midwifery students about medical records (procedures for filling and legal aspects). Statistical test using Chi Square test. Result: In this study found significant results between variables of knowledge about the legal aspects of medical records (p = 0.011), procedures for filling nursing care documentation (p = 0.001). Variables of knowledge about medical records get significant results, namely (p = 0.004). Conclusion: There were a meaningful relationship between the knowledge of Midwifery DIII students about medical records with the completeness of filling in midwifery care documentation.
