Agar penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik secara dapat efektif, dalam hal ini perawat maternitas perlu memberikan konseling dan informasi secara lengkap agar pencapaian angka keberhasilan kontrasepsi suntik tercapai. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Wanita Usia Subur Memilih Kontrasepsi Suntik Di Klinik Pratama Tanjung Tahun 2019. penelitian ini di lakukan dengan metode deskritif, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan populasi 30 WUS dan seluruh populasi di teliti (total sampling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapat bahwa faktor pendidkan SMP sebanyak 7 orang (23,3%), dan pendidikan SMA sebanyak 20 orang (66,7%), sedangkan pendidikan S1 sebanyak 3 orang (10,0%). responden yang mempunyai faktor sosial ekonomi penghasilan Tinggi sebanyak 4 orang (13,3%), dan penghasilan sedang 11 orang (36,7%), sedangkan penghasilan rendah sebanyak 15 orang (50,0%). Dan faktor sikap positif 22 orang (73,3), sedangkan sikap negatif sebanyak 8 orang (26,7%). Sebagian responden yang memilih baik dalam pelayanan kesehatan 20 orang (66,7), sedangkan tidak baik sebanyak 10 orang (33,3%). Sedangkan faktor Dukungan Keluarga yaitu sebagian responden yang memilih baik dalam pelayanan kesehatan 20 orang (66,7), sedangkan tidak baik sebanyak 10 orang (33,3%). Goals : This study aims to find out the description of knowledge of Primipara's mother about the care of a newborn baby at clinicPratamaKasihIbu 2019 in caring for a newborn baby. Method : This research is conducted with a descriptive method, sampling is carried out by taking the entire population, namely 30 primiparous mothers are examined (Total Sampling). Result : Based on the results of the research, the Respondents' knowledges of newborn care with good knowledge are 5 people (16.7 %), and Respondents with less Knowledge are 6 people (20%) . When children at Baduta agethey begin the second stage of immunization which is known as advanced immunization or immunization of Deuteronomy (Booster). Booster is important for boosting the immune response to vaccines which have decreased with age. If no booster is carried out, children are at risk of being unprotected when exposed to diseases that can be prevented, such as an outbreak of diphtheria. Goals : This study aims to obtain an overview of maternal knowledge about the importance of booster immunization in infants at Sally clinic 2019.The type of research is descriptive with accidental sampling techniques and data collection methods, namely primary data. Result : The results of this study indicate that from 30 respondents, having good knowledge are 8 people (26.7%), enough knowledge are 21 people (70.0%), and those with less knowledge amounted is 1 person (3.3%).Mother's knowledge of the importance of booster immunization in toddlers at Sally clinic 2019 is largely knowledgeable. Conculsion : Good information from health workers can increase maternal knowledge about booster immunization in children. Many pregnant women feel anxious, anxious, and anxious waiting for the birth to arrive. Based on data from the Inter-Census Population Survey (SUPAS) in Indonesia the MMR has decreased from 359/100,000 live births (KH) in 2012 to 305/100.00 KH in 2015. The causes of maternal death were bleeding (35.2%), hypertension (27.1%), infection (7.3%), prolonged labor (1.8%) and abortion (4.7%). Method: The type of research used by researchers is quantitative analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population is maternity mothers who are in the henny clinic. To find out the effect of tactile stimulation of mammary papillae on the progress of first phase active labor, which amounted to 35 women giving birth in April. The sample of this study is a saturated sample taken from the total population of women giving birth to 35 pregnant women. Results: The majority of research results were aged 20-35 years (51.4%), 16 primipara oarity respondents, the majority of respondents were educated with high school education (42.8%), as many as 23 respondents (65.7%) had tactile stimulation. Chi square statistical test results showed that the value of p = 0.001 <0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between the tactile variable mammary tactile stimulation with the progress of labor. The life of an HIV sufferer is very dependent on the surrounding environment. The most dominant influence on HIV sufferers is healthy behavioral, psychological and physical functions of others' ability to be able to accept the attitudes and behavior of others to support the social life of HIV sufferers. Viewed from the sex, women are more vulnerable and more sensitive in accepting the conditions they suffer. HIV has become a pandemic that causes world anxiety. Individuals who suffer from HIV positive with high resilience will have more enthusiasm for life. Method: This type of research is an analytic survey research using descriptive design that aims to identify resilience in HIV sufferers. The population in this study were 90 people with HIV diagnoses, both men and women in Karo District, while the sample for this study was based on sample criteria. Results: The results obtained from the frequency distribution table showed that the majority of HIV sufferers' work history were 18 people (58.0%), 11 drivers (35.5) and 2 (6) housewives (IRT) 5%). Based on the sex of the female as many as 20 people (64.5%) and the male sex as many as 11 people (35,%), from the age of the patients found 25-35 years as many as 25 people (80.6%), aged 36-45 years as many as 5 people (16.1%) and ≥ 46 years old as many as 1 person (3.3%). And the highest level of education is at the high school level of 25 people (54.3%). Data collection was done by giving questionnaires and observation sheet of medical record. Analysis of data with Chi Square and multiple logistic regression. Results: The results showed that: 1) The knowledge of specialist physicians influenced the filling of hospitalized medical records at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. This is indicated by the value of p = 0.030, the value of exp (B) 6,837. 2) Working motivation of specialist doctors influential on filling in medical records inpatient Hospital Santa Elisabeth Medan. Goals: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of husband's knowledge about maternal assistance during labor in Medan Pera Clinic for the period March-September 2019. Method: This study is descriptive in nature with a cross sectional study design of 30 respondents and uses a total population method that uses secondary data from the clinical labor registration book and primary data from questionnaires submitted to each respondent. Results: The results of the study were obtained based on the level of knowledge with the most lack of knowledge, namely 66.67%, followed by those with sufficient knowledge, namely 26.67%, and the least knowledgeable, namely 6.67%. Based on the demographics of respondents based on education most had high school educational background of 76.67%, based on the number of children who had the most 2-5 children as many as 63.33%, based on work, most worked as entrepreneurs, as many as 83.33%, based on the source of information most obtained information from the environment that is as much as 56.67%. Results: The results of research show there is an effectiveness of William flexion exercise to decrease pain scale, with William flexion exercise pre-intervention pain scale is 64,3% of moderate pain, severe pain controlled 35,7%, and post intervention score 64,3% of light pain and 35,7% of moderat pain, from the result found that Pvalue= 0,000 (P<0,05). Early marriage hinders them from going to school, causes pregnancy and birth complication, impedes the achievement of KB (Family Planning) Program and increases divorce rate. Goals : The objective of the research was to discover the correlation of value of virginity, knowledge and trust with early marriage at Dusun I Desa Baru. Methods: This is an observational analytical research with cross sectional design. It was done at Dusun I Desa Baru, Pancur Batu Subdistrict from November, 2017 until February, 2018. The population covered the teenagers below 20 years old which was all taken as the research samples i.e. 139 people. The dependent variable was early marriage, while the independent variables were parent income, trust, knowledge and value of virginity. The data were collected through questionnaires. Multiple logistic regression testing was employed to analyze the data. Result : The research results demonstrated that the variable with the most dominant influence was parent income at p-value = 0.006 (p<0.05) and Exp. β value = 3.675, followed by the variable of trust at p-value = 0.027 (p<0.05) and Exp. β value = 2.368, the variable of knowledge at p-value = 0.003 (p<0.05) and Exp. β value 6.064, and the variable of virginity at p-value = 0.003 (p<0.05) and Exp. Β value = 6.064. Based on these results, it was concluded that f(y) was 97%. It indicated that the probability of the variables of parent income, trust, knowledge and virginity influenced early marriage of 97.7%. Method This research method was a descriptive study. The population was mothers who has babies aged 0-9 months.Sample was 38 people. Sampling used total sampling technique. The Results of this study indicated that of the 38 respondents most knowledgeable about the types of basic immunization with a number of 19 respondents (50%), knowledgeable about the benefits of basic immunization with a total of 21 respondents (55.26%) and knowledgeable about basic immunization schedules with a total of 18 respondents (47.37%).
