The method entails the initial derivation of the transfer function and the equivalent impedances of the network based on the mesh current method. Corresponding theoretical formulations are obtained through the application of the band matrix inversion algorithm. In addition, we further investigate the effects of the system parameters on the transfer function and the impedance characteristics by either varying the number of the participating mesh (n) or the fractional order of the network. Finally, we perform and include the necessary mathematical analyses and numerical MATLAB simulations to demonstrate the validity of the study.","PeriodicalId":431660,"journal":{"name":"2016 Medical Technologies National Congress (TIPTEKNO)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130006983","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, entirely using principles have been given about medical device maintenance, repair, and calibration. A model has been designed which is biomedical calibration production service to new vast city hospitals. The hospitals have high bed capacity and because of that there are more different types of medical devices in their inventory. According to the model has been depicted about separating medical devices too. Besides, process planning has been materialized in biomedical calibration. A new work flow model has been suggested result of evaluating both of calibration and preventive maintenance. Moreover in this study mentioned about laboratory accreditation to international traceability need. Furthermore an offset investment model has been examined to medical device calibrators which they will have bought city hospitals. Urgent actions have detected for all consider authority to the investment model success.","PeriodicalId":431660,"journal":{"name":"2016 Medical Technologies National Congress (TIPTEKNO)","volume":"1 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133136440","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Beside used material, shape of the absorber is important as well for desired low reflection absorbers. Pyramidal and wedge type absorbers are well-known microwave absorbers used for anechoic chamber measurements. They are used as medical test absorbers for anechoic chamber measurements of medical devices as well. In this study, effect of being shape of the absorber concave or convex on reflection characteristic of the absorber is investigated. Reflection coefficient values of the convex-shaped absorber are compared with the reflection coefficient values of the concave and wedge-shaped absorbers and shown that convex-shaped absorber has better characteristics. Absorber structures are analyzed by using Periodic Moment Method (PMM). Reflection values of the absorber structures for the 2–8 GHz frequency band are compared for the normal incidence case. Their bistatic pattern comparisons are presented at 2 GHz. Analysis of an alternative absorber structure to the wedge type absorber is an important contribution of the study.","PeriodicalId":431660,"journal":{"name":"2016 Medical Technologies National Congress (TIPTEKNO)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130775077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In dermatology, the distinguished diagnosis of Erythemato-squamos diseases is a situation that doctors often confront. When many skin diseases are examined, it is seen that many of them are quite similar in shape and appearance although their reasons of emergence are different. Doctors try to distinguish diseases from each other and diagnose by evaluating the clinical findings with pathological parameters. It is observed that many researchers have conducted studies on the Erythemato-Squamous diseases to develop decision support systems using different classification algorithms for detection and diagnosis. Unlike the cited studies in literature, the aim of the present study is to extract Self Organization Maps (SOM) of clinical and pathological findings and investigate cluster of condition various diseases from reduced data. SOM is a size reduction process which aim to simplify the problem. Basically, SOM provides less size reduction output using multidimensional input. In this study, the clinical and pathological classification was realized separately and together. As the result, classification of six types of Erythamato-Squamos skin disease was performed with SOM artificial intelligence application. In addition, clinical and pathological effects of SOM application was seen clearly by showing as a graphically display instead of a matrix. As a result, in the diagnosis of Erythemao-Squamos diseases, it was determined that a dermatologist diagnose mostly depending on the clinical findings although pathological findings contain quantative data.","PeriodicalId":431660,"journal":{"name":"2016 Medical Technologies National Congress (TIPTEKNO)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115479081","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
