However, the danger is constantly increasing as it causes the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives. It affects millions of people around the world. Transportation in all its forms by land, sea and air, public or private, is one of the main pillars for the development and growth of people and societies. Therefore, accidents that occur by means of transportation in all their forms must be avoided, which is a cause for concern and threatens the safety and health of transportation. The right to life is one of the fundamental human rights that no one has the right to violate. Preserving human life and soul is one of the purposes of the Sharia. Islamic Sharia considers assaulting and killing an innocent person a major crime and a great sin, making the amount of punishment necessary for the perpetrators of premeditated murder. This research deals with the subject of the provisions of aircraft accidents in light of Islamic jurisprudence. In this research, an analytical and descriptive approach was used. Researching this issue is necessary because most traffic accidents result in material or non-material damages. And the need to know the legal provisions of those who commit these incidents directly or indirectly. As a guarantee of physical and physical damage, the nature of this guarantee and who is responsible for it or to whom it goes. In this research, I seek to explain the concept of aircraft accidents, the causes of aircraft accidents that are different, and the provisions of aircraft accidents whose ruling differs due to the intent of the perpetrator. If it is an unreliable accident, it is not guaranteed, and if it is an unreliable accident due to the failure of the commander, it is guaranteed. And if it is approved, it is considered premeditated murder, and retaliation is required for it. At the end of the article, I explained the ruling on hijacking planes, that it is the same as the crime of spearing. Central banks are curbing the crisis by means of non-traditional monetary policy tools, especially the policy of quantitative easing and monetary issuance. After that, the study concluded that the Algerian central banks were unable to address this crisis through their traditional tools. In their response to the financial crisis, especially in developed countries, they have developed new tools based on modern economic principles; these tools were called non-traditional;  the effect of the continuous homogeneity in the use of non-traditional tools in the Algerian economy to address the goals and causes and the deterioration of the prevailing conditions. It was based on the above that the paper examined the concept of Orient in Oriental discourse and analyzed it in a descriptive-analytical way. So the key questions are how the West's view of the distant past has been about the East, and why have they turned to false images instead of the actual image of the East? What is the role of Orientalist discourse in presenting negative images of the East? And what contribution did this Orientalist discourse have in colonizing the East? As the findings of this study show, the West has been trying to make self-esteem self-sufficient and overlooking the transcendent features of the East. And teenagers begin to be curious and concerned about sexual detail because of physiological maturation in adolescence. However, sex education is a sensitive area for some parents, so that Chinese parents often interrupt or accuse teenagers when they have some issues about sex. The late data shows that when parents responded by avoiding the question about sex in families, the teenager will have a negative attitude toward sex. The purpose of this study that makes Chinese parents realize the importance of sex education in families first. In addition, Chinese parents need to actively change their ways and to conduct systematic and scientific sex education for children in families. It will be so helpful that teenagers can grow up healthily. The case advanced swiftly and yielded the best possible outcomes with the collaboration of numerous parties. The 2022 restaurant attack in Tangshan is a successful illustration of how the interaction between new mainstream media and self-media supervision of public opinion can contribute to the resolution of social issues. It can provide references for the efficient resolution of future social issues. Based on the framing theory, this research studies the highly-searched posts by netizens and People's Daily's official posts on Weibo through comparison and content analysis. After analyzing the reporting rules, focuses, and impacts of both official and self-media, it is concluded that the new mainstream media and self-media public opinion supervision each have their own benefits and drawbacks. A nation-building is a sociological approach that is realized as a result of the fading of ethnic, racial, and gender distinctions. Today, nation-building is used as one of the important tools in different societies for the solidarity and integration of ethnic groups. Various factors play a role in the process of nation-building, and these factors have both strengthening and inhibiting roles. When national-civil nationalism is strengthened in the process of nation-building, the process of nation-building is realized, but with the strengthening of ethnic and religious nationalism, the process of nation-building faces a dead end. Countries that have been able to build a nation have been able to form a single nation by strengthening nationalism. But in countries where there is ethnic and religious nationalism, the process of nation-building faces many challenges. Therefore, the realization of the nation-building process in heterogeneous societies is one of the important tools for the cohesion and solidarity of different ethnic groups, and with the realization of this process, social distinctions disappear, and all citizens enjoy the same privileges and equal rights in a country.
