Communication has definitely and irreversibly taken on a new turn/trajectory in cyberspace, where people have transferred their offline activities, experiences, interactions, and socialization. Cyberspace is a vast, open, and malleable space that gives momentum to human communication and velocity to the multi-layered process of transmission. Cyberspace, as an electronic and digital landscape, is widely used to create, share, and transmit information. It also contributes to storing information to enhance and extend human memory. The power dynamics of cyberspace manifest in its ability to extend human memory, empower communication, and globalize transmission. The fluid and constantly streaming aspect of cyberspace allows the free flow of ideas, texts, artefacts, knowledge, narratives, arts, cultural heritage, and identities, to cite but a few. By subsuming all these social, cultural, and epistemological actions, cyberspace has fostered a new culture, cyberculture. The French scholar Pierre Lévy defines cyberculture “as a set of material and intellectual techniques: practices, attitudes, modes of thinking and values that have developed alongside the growth of cyberspace. Understood as a synonym for ‘network,’ cyberculture offers a new medium of communication…” (Qtd. in Teixeira et al, 2017). Cyberspace provides multiple virtual platforms where various forms of culture are being stored and transmitted. Both cyberspace and cyberculture have become new digital paradigms that could be conceptualized as semiotic signifiers of the new society, hosting collective intelligence and providing electronic venues/spaces to empower/sustain local cultures and identities. The fact that cyberspace combines audio-visual, textual, and graphic materials can amply facilitate the transmission and the development of local and national cultures, oral or written. The health problem of “Earth pit pickled cabbage” exposed by the 2022 CCTV “315” gala has caused a stir in public opinion and social influence. This paper analyzes in depth how enterprises analyze the framework of media reporting to construct the impact on public sentiment and behavior to develop and optimize management strategies. This paper adopts the content analysis method and adopts the “general framework theory” to analyze the framework of news reports. The research has found that different news reporting frameworks have different focuses on communication content, which has guided the public's diversified emotional responses, and enterprises can develop targeted coping strategies through analysis. Finally, the crisis management strategy and management optimization opinions were formulated through the “PPRR” theoretical model and the SWOT analysis of specific enterprise cases. The Cold War has distant and close factors that originate from the early twentieth century (Bolshevik Revolution) and during World War II due to the continuation of distrust between East and West blocs, the issues of disagreement remained in ambiguity immediately after the end of the war, the wartime alliance was lifted, and relations between Western powers and the communist bloc of Eastern Europe became tense and hostile, and the atmosphere of the Cold War emerged. The importance of this research is that in this period, the blocs had intense propaganda but avoided face-to-face wars. This research aims to investigate the emergence of factors of the Cold War that emerged from within the Allied Union of World War II, based on an ideological and superior approach of new powers. The reasons for the emergence of the Cold War were a complex and less researched issue. This is library-based research (analytical, descriptive, and historical explanation). The findings of this research show that the Cold War was an inevitable phenomenon in a turbulent and complex period after World War II, which resulted from grounds such as the collapse and disintegration of countries, power vacuums, ideological competition, extensive reconstruction programs, proxy wars, and political competition. The investigation of categories such as images, names, and gender firstness is commonly conducted using quantitative and qualitative content analysis. The study findings indicate that the IT school textbook utilized in Grade 1 demonstrates gender balance and equality. The textbook exhibited a nearly equal representation of males and females, both in terms of quantity and quality. The outcomes of the study also indicate that females exhibited greater visibility compared to males in the areas pertaining to images, names, and gender precedence in terms of speaking order. On the other hand, males exhibited a higher level of visibility within the gender-firstness category, which pertains to the order in which individuals are depicted in images.  Overall, the school textbook demonstrated an equitable and unbiased portrayal of both genders. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the strategy for strengthening ecological citizenship designed by the Seberang Bersatu Community Forest (HKm) is to provide activities and programs that prioritize educational, conservation, and tourism values. Islamic law views wealth in a general sense and regards unexplained surplus wealth from a humanitarian perspective. The aim is to elucidate the comprehensiveness, adaptability, and relevance of Islamic Sharia, demonstrating its capability to address contemporary needs by providing rulings that uphold benefits, prevent harm, and contribute to enlightening people about the principles of wealth preservation. Contemporary and emerging issues are numerous and require clarification of their legal rulings, particularly new forms such as the treatment of abandoned funds in customs, the status of deposits in commercial banks, the handling of profits in banks with unknown owners, funds in the possession of money changers, and those held in exchange centers. These issues fall under the purview of Islamic jurisprudence, akin to the concept of \"lost property,\" due to their significant importance in jurisprudential deliberations and contemporary practical applications. The resultant conclusion is that surplus funds of unknown origin are treated akin to lost property. Contemporary and emerging matters necessitate a legal ruling, and if the owner of such funds cannot be found, they are generally allocated to charitable causes, which are broader than the concept of Muslim interests. But, the limitation of the policy divulges its future application to an external country, promoting the question: Is the EU a normative power, or has it failed to implement its normative policy towards an external country? This paper aims to analyze the normative strategy of the EU and its constraints during the first and second Russia-Chechen conflicts. It investigated the EU normative policy regarding the conflicts and revealed the strategic chemistry of the EU-Russia relation, which fluctuated from time to time. It argues the EU normative discourses toward conflicts were sporadic in character and consisted of verbal and, at best, some written criticisms occasionally. Predominantly, The EU largely disregards the application of its normative values to the Chechen case; instead, it prioritizes its economic and bilateral relations with Russia. To study the funeral customs and concepts in ancient Dunhuang, this paper analyzed the funeral customs by examining Dunhuang murals and a substantial amount of literature searching related essays online. In particular, the text compares and relates the funeral practices of ethnic minorities and the Han Chinese. It is found that the evolution of funeral customs in Dunhuang reflects the characteristics of the concept of all-in-one pluralism, representing a unified approach to diversity and inclusion. In this region of Dunhuang, the funeral customs observed include not only those derived from Taoism and Confucianism, which were the dominant religious traditions among the Han Chinese, but also those derived from Zoroastrianism, which was practiced by the ethnic minorities, as well as from exotic forms of Buddhism. This means that different regions and religions constantly fused and were absorbed into one another in Dunhuang, eventually becoming part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture. It is considered a significant period in which trainee teachers are provided with the necessary competencies that are vital before entering their classrooms. One of which is knowledge regarding intercultural communicative competence. This paper primarily aims to investigate the level of intercultural communicative competence of the preservice EFL teachers at the CRMEF of the region of Fes-Meknes. To achieve the purpose of this study, the trainee teachers’ ICC level is identified by using Byram’s (1997) model of ICC through a questionnaire, and their attitudes towards this competence and the role of the CRMEF in its development are found out through a semi-structured interview. This study employs a mixed-method approach. Moreover, the study collects the data using two methods such as 1) a questionnaire and 2) a semi-structured interview, with a sample of 117 trainee teachers from two training centres (CRMEF Region Fes - Meknes). The results of the study reveal that the trainee teachers have a fairly high to average ICC level. According to the findings, the trainee teachers believe that ICC is very significant in ELT and they show positive attitudes accordingly, even though there is no presence of IC at the CRMEF. Batik is a patterned cloth made using tie-dye or printing techniques. Batik has a long history and has been part of Indonesian culture for centuries. This research aims to analyze the legal protection of batik as a cultural heritage in Indonesia from the perspective of intellectual property rights. This research uses normative juridical research methods. The data collection technique in this research is a literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research results show that Batik is one of the works protected by law and contained in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. This shows an effort to recognize, protect and promote batik as an inseparable part of Indonesian cultural identity.
