Swedish director Roy Andersson's representative work, \"A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence\", embodies obvious post-modern aesthetic features. Its images attempt to subvert traditional authority, the narrative is broken, the audience interacts with the depth of field lens, and the interpretation is returned to the audience. The highly copied characters and scenes show the absurdity of contemporary people's existence and the desolation of spirit and issue sharp satire to the post-modern society, Presenting a profound philosophical reflection.","PeriodicalId":431386,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Studies","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116689525","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Afghanistan is a country that has been affected by accidents for a long time, and the mastery of its people in front of the eyes of the aggressors has become famous in the world, which should not be ignored. On the other hand, there is no doubt that such a struggle has played a prominent role in contemporary Persian poetry, and it is necessary to examine the existence and conceptual structures of the poetry of stability in Afghanistan because the poetry of stability in Afghanistan was able to show the main identity with social awareness and consciousness. To show the people of Afghanistan in different political and social scenes to the world, various political events, especially the invasion of the Russians into Afghanistan as the biggest event in the contemporary history of Afghanistan and the world, added to the social tensions in Afghanistan and the resulting consequences caused many political, social and cultural crises that these factors caused so that the religious feelings and emotions, patriotism and freedom that were created, will open a new perspective for the artists and poets of our country. From this point of view, the current research is based on the thematic dimension and has paid attention to the conceptual aspects of sustainable poetry in Afghanistan.","PeriodicalId":431386,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129825215","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The concept of new museum science has become a new practice and thinking in building eco-cultural towns and eco-cultural communities (Pan, 2018). The construction concept of the Ecological Museum of Yim Tin Tsai Village Village in Hong Kong is a theoretical attempt to study and solve the long-term development of Yim Tin Tsai Village. This article mainly demonstrates the community mass active participation mode that Yim Tin Tsai Village faces in the construction of the ecological museum. Through data analysis, examples and other methods, and by desktop deduction and research, we will carry out practical analysis to improve the active participation of community people in community management mode and plan to realize the role of community people in actively participating in the construction and management of ecological museums, realize the new idea of overall ecological conservation, and let local people's participation and community governance interact and work together. At the same time, most of the current domestic research on community creation is focused on mainland villages, and few researchers have focused on villages in Hong Kong. Yim Tin Tsai Village in Hong Kong as an excellent representative of new rural tourism development has formed a relatively mature model of community participation in the construction of the eco-museum, and the need for research has thus emerged.","PeriodicalId":431386,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Studies","volume":"137 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113970098","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Following the supply and demand law, commodities prices may rise if a commodity is not available in the market and highly demanded. In such a situation, the state can’t intervene. Some vendors might abusively use their rights and increase the prices above the normal; in this case the state can intervene to assure balance in prices by reducing the artificial price to a natural price or what is literally called “equivalence price.” Nevertheless, there is a divergence among scholars about the state intervention concerning the pricing of commodities. This has led researchers to deal with the issue within the framework of comparative jurisprudence to give it a clear and a concise perception, so as to highlight the role of scholars in Islamic Economics issue .In studying this topic, I followed the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach, where I explained the definition of pricing, the pricing rule in Islamic jurisprudence, the pricing conditions, the image of pricing, the ruling on violating pricing, how to pricing, then the sayings of the four schools of thought in each issue and the statement of the most correct of them.","PeriodicalId":431386,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Studies","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128198889","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A number of jurists and hadith scholars such as Saeed Ibn Musayyib, Hassan Basri, Daoud Zahiri, Ishaq Ibn Rahwiyeh, Ibn Hazm Zahiri and Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal say that a will is obligatory for relatives who do not have the right to inherit from the heir. According to the Hanafi jurisprudence, obligatory wills in Afghanistan's civil law are not intended to secure social interests, avoiding malice and envy - for grandchildren whose father dies during the grandfather's lifetime and cannot inherit from his grandfather according to the rules of inheritance, according to the second theory of the will to non-heirs relatives in the article 2182 to 2188 considering special conditions as obligatory. Obligatory wills are recognized as prior to other wills. And the beneficiaries of obligatory wills are as follows: 1- for a person who belongs to the first class and is the son of a girl. 2- For sons and those who are related to the deceased by a male. 3- For a person who died with his father or mother in an accident. And 4- For a child whose death was pronounced while his parents were alive. The obligatory will follow some principles, namely,any principle that has made its subsidiary part of the inheritance cannot be opposed to a subsidiary whose principle is someone else's, and the division of the share of each parent (boy or girl) among its branches, which includes both sexes, is divided according to the reference, such as Haz Al-Anithan.","PeriodicalId":431386,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Studies","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121628153","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The specific aims of the study are (1) to explain the background to the founding of the school; (2) to describe the dynamics of the development of the school in the period of 1925-2021. This research uses the historical method, which consists of five stages of research, namely: (a) Selection of topics, (b) Heuristics, (c) Verification, (d) Interpretation, (e) Historiography. The results of this study show that, first, the establishment of the Watopute Grammar School in 1925 was due to the need for labor by the Dutch East Indies government to become administrative staff, forestry foremen, and teak processing factory workers. In addition, there was a mission from the Dutch East Indies government to improve the quality of human resources, especially the Muna nobilities, because they had an essential role in the area. Second is the dynamics of the development of the grammar school; During the Dutch East Indies era, the school was known as Volkshool. Teaching staff were brought in from Ambon and Manado, while students were from various districts in Muna. In the teaching and learning process at the school using simple facilities and infrastructure, the curriculum consists of alphabet, Indonesian, conversation, and arithmetic subjects. During the Japanese period, the Watopute Grammar School did not experience significant changes and only occurred in the field of curriculum. Japan uses a curriculum consisting of subjects, Japanese language, history, natural sciences, geography, regional languages, physical education, and Indonesian. After independence, Watopute Grammar School underwent a name change starting from SDN 5 Raha in 1946, the name changed to SDN 6 Kontunaga in 2001, and it became SDN 1 Watopute in 2014.","PeriodicalId":431386,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Studies","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121848876","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper seeks to highlight the prospects and unearth the issues inherent in the emergent field of AI and robotics on human dignity. Despite the substantial evidence supporting the advantages of AI and Robotics, researchers, industry experts, academics, and individuals seem to have different opinions about the future of AI and robotics. While some believe these fantastic innovations have boundless potential and significant advantages, others are worried about the impending \"rise of the machines\", its impact on human dignity and the annihilation of humanity. Leveraging a critical analysis of extant literature and document analysis, this paper highlights the key benefits of AI and salient ethical considerations. The study contends that though we cannot stop the development and advancement in AI as it has ushered in tremendous improvements to life and living of the human person as has been witnessed in diverse sectors, there is an urgent need to design and institute a sound regulatory framework guiding further development and application of Artificial Intelligent systems and robotics, aimed at assuring human existence and respecting the dignity of the human person.","PeriodicalId":431386,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Studies","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133778920","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The internal management policy is implemented through the application of ASSSICRJ as the Company's Management Information System (MIS), while the external aspect is addressed through ASSSIC Product by digitizing its media products. The purpose of this research is to analyze the competitive strategies employed by JPRJ in the era of digital disruption. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach on the implementation of ASSSIC, elaborated with Porter's Five Forces Analysis theory. The research findings conclude that the competitive strategies employed by JPRJ in the era of digital disruption are carried out through the ASSSIC management policy, which relies on the internal and external strengthening of JPRJ. The internal management policy, implemented through the application of ASSSICRJ as a vital MIS for JPRJ, enables the collection, management, analysis, and integration of data and information required for effective decision-making. On the other hand, the external management policy is implemented through the application of ASSSIC Product as JPRJ's convergence with the strengthening of digitalization in its media products, which is currently highly demanded by the majority of readers. This field finding has the potential to enhance Porter's Five Forces Analysis theory, which currently focuses only on external strengthening.","PeriodicalId":431386,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Studies","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121876544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
