How well behaved in managing finances is determined by the level of financial knowledge. This study aims to understand how financial behavior is influenced by the level of financial knowledge and the role of lifestyle. The study focused on career women. Methods of quantitative approach and primary data were used in the study—data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. A purposive sampling technique determined the total sample of 120 career women in Surabaya. Data analysis test with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique using Smart PLS analyst tool Version 3.0. After the data analysis test was carried out, the results proved that financial knowledge affects financial behavior, lifestyle affects financial behavior and the existence of intermediaries from the lifestyle on the influence of financial knowledge on financial behavior. Hot Embossing is one of a series of processes for making the surface of slippers. The Hot Embossing process requires a High Frequency machine to create a pattern on the printed slipper surface. Currently UD Berkah has 3 units of High Frequency machines to meet consumer demand. Due to the large number of requests, not all of them can be done by the company itself, so it requires the services of subcontractors to meet production shortages. Currently, the company plans to purchase High Frequency machines to overcome this problem. So it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of investment projects by considering several aspects with the Straight Line Depreciation method approach, Payback period, Net Present Value, Profitability Index and Internal Rate of Return. This is done to consider whether the investment in adding High Frequency machines is feasible or not for UD Berkah. Research results with an investment value of Rp. 55,000,000 with an economic life of 5 years, the results for a depreciation of Rp. 7,000,000 every year, NPV of Rp. 477,026,441, payback period results for 1 year and 8 months, Profitability Index value is 11.7, the IRR value shows the result of 37.54%, So it can be concluded that investing in high frequency machines is feasible. \u0000Keywords: Hot Embossing, High Frequency, Investment, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return.","PeriodicalId":431079,"journal":{"name":"JEM17: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126997843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order for cooperative units to maintain their existence and continue to develop, supporting rules and policies are needed, professional and optimal management as well as active and maximum member participation. This research is of a qualitative type, which aims to provide an overview of what factors influence the development of cooperatives to increase business in cooperatives in Mojokerto City. The sampling procedure in a survey is representative of the population. The basis for taking samples for surveys can be divided into at least three, namely systematic, random, or purposive sampling. The population in this study are all cooperatives in the administrative area of Mojokerto City in 2021. The total population is 175 cooperatives. The sampling technique used in this study was Stratified Random Sampling. Stratified random sampling was carried out because the population was not homogeneous. The development of cooperatives in the City of Mojokerto seen from membership has increased the number of members. This is very beneficial, because one of the indicators for the advancement of cooperatives is that more and more people become members of cooperatives. The Municipal Government of Mojokerto through the Office of Cooperatives & UKM has carried out coaching aimed at increasing cooperative business and strengthening cooperative institutions so that cooperatives function according to their objectives. \u0000Keywords: Work Ability, Coordination, Work Environment and Performance.","PeriodicalId":431079,"journal":{"name":"JEM17: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132506425","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The greater the return of investment, the better the company's and national economy's condition. The research’s goal was to investigate the impact of liquidity, leverage, and company size on firm value, with profitability serving as an intervening variable. This research is a causal associative quantitative study on non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the processed foods sub-sector from 2018 to 2020, utilizing a purposive sampling technique, with 14 companies chosen as samples. This study's data processing technique makes use of the program SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed: 1) profitability was unaffected by liquidity 2) liquidity has no discernible impact on business value 3) profitability was unaffected by leverage 4) leverage has a substantial beneficial impact on business value 5) the size of the firm had no effect on profitability 6) firm size has no bearing on firm value 7) profitability has a substantial beneficial impact on business value 8) profitability has little effect on business value while liquidity is in it 9) profitability has little effect on company value when leverage is present 10) profitability has little effect on business value when firm size is small. Profitability and leverage both have a positive and considerable impact on business value. This indicates that profitability growth is an important factor that drives firm value. The bigger the company's profitability, the greater the profit and the higher the company's value, the higher the leverage value.
