This study was conducted on 100 employees who worked for companies engaged in wood trading. Researchers collected data using questionnaires given individually and in groups conducted through work units. The data were analyzed using path analysis arranged according to theoretical hypotheses and tested by linear regression techniques with intervening variables. Path analysis is used to assess the effects of mediation according to structural models. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that workload, work discipline and leadership style affect employee work resilience, this shows that in the company there is a need for a workload that can hone employee resilience at work, and followed by self-discipline in employees with the right leadership pattern. The results also show that resilience at work contributes significantly to productivity, this shows that it is necessary to develop self-resilience in employees to produce optimal productivity, but toughness is not a mediation of workload, work discipline and leadership style on work productivity. The results of this research can be used as a basis for companies in increasing employee work productivity through increasing resilience at work. Work hardiness in employees can be honed through a gradual increase in workload followed by discipline at work and the application of a leadership style that understands employee characteristics. This project is located in Pare City, Kediri Regency, on a land area of 1200 M² with a size of 120 x 10 M first construction is a 20 x 8 M residential house. According to the agreed plan and a master schedule, this project is expected to be completed within 80 working days, and every day only work for 8 hours reality the implementation of this project, various factors affect the progress of the work. The percentage of actual cumulative progress until the 4th week of January is 97.42% of the 100% master schedule plan, there is a deviation of 2. 58 & it can be seen that the achievement of progress from the previous month indicates a continuous delay from the monthly plans made. One of the methods that must be used to design Network Planning is the Critical Path Method (CPM). The CPM method is used to plan, schedule, and control project activities that are deterministic or single time after evaluation data is obtained so that time and cost are more efficient and effective in calculating evaluation data using the CPM method. The project, which was initially completed in 103 days at Rp. 213,956,500 after being evaluated, and if there were no mistakes during project implementation, the normal time was 72 days at Rp. 160,276. 500 and then using the CPM method obtained an effective time of 52 days and an efficiency cost of Rp. 115,755,240. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a saturated sample of 45 people. The research instrument is a validity and reliability test using simple linear regression. The design of this study is an explanation of the variables SIS FORUM (X), Efficiency (Y1), and Productivity (Y2). This research's limitations are limited to PT Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik employees, so not generalizable to other populations. Future researchers are expected to be able to analyze the effect of more detailed variables related to the implementation or operation of the SIS FORUM system at PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik to become a reference or recommendation for the efficiency level of employee productivity. The results of this study indicate that (1) SIS FORUM implementation has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of employees at PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik; (2) SIS FORUM implementation positively and significantly impacts employees' work productivity at PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik. (3) SIS FORUM has an R2 (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.200, equivalent to 20%. It means that the influence of SIS FORUM on efficiency is 20%. The remaining 80% is influenced by other factors not examined. (4) SIS FORUM has an R2 (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.895, equivalent to 89.5%. It means that the influence of SIS FORUM on productivity is 89.5%. The remaining 10.5% is influenced by other factors not examined. Purchasing decisions at CV Semi cannot be separated from these factors. To determine whether or not each factor is present in sales, quantitative research is used at CV Semi with a survey method of respondents through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that price (X1) and service quality (X3) partially do not influence purchasing decisions at CV Semi. The data analysis results show that the t value generated by each independent variable is below the t table 2.034. So the alternative hypothesis (H1) is rejected, and the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted, meaning that partially there is no effect of the independent variable price (X1) and service quality (X3) on the dependent variable purchasing decisions (Y). Promotion (X3) partially affects purchasing decisions at CV Semi. From the Results of data analysis show that the t value of the independent variable is above the t table 2.034, meaning that the independent variable Promotion (X2) partially affects the dependent variable purchasing decision (Y). From the results of data analysis testing, price (X1), Promotion (X2), and service quality (X3) simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at CV Semi, where f count (24,650) > f table 2.88. The data collection used is documentation and questionnaires. The design of this research is an explanation of the variables of learning motivation (X1), self-efficacy (X2), and learning achievement (Y). The data analysis technique used is Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that learning motivation and self-efficacy partially affected the learning achievement of undergraduate students. The limitations of this study are limited to students of the Management S1 program, so it cannot be generalized to other populations. In addition, it aims to increase knowledge and information about investment and become one of the considerations for the younger generation in choosing a place to invest in state-owned banks. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative, using secondary data as the main material for statistical analysis. The results showed that all state-owned banks were in good condition, the lowest share price was Bank BTN, the highest share price was Bank Mandiri, and the highest profits were Bank Mandiri and Bank BNI. The bank that pays the highest dividend is Bank BRI. The younger generation who are risk averse, want to try investing, and have small capital, are suitable for investing in Bank BTN. If you dare and want big profits, it's better to invest in Bank Mandiri or Bank BNI. But if you want to focus and get big dividends, Bank BRI is the right choice.
