The approaches are being used Bag-of-words model, defining adjectives and adverbs, managing negations, bounding word frequencies, and employing Word Net synonyms knowledge are all examples of text aspects that may be extracted. Researchers created a number of bio-inspired algorithms to calculate the optimal threshold values for segmenting such pictures. Extending them to multilevel thresholding, their exhaustive nature makes them computationally costly. Using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique, the author presents computationally efficient image segmentation approach, termed hybrid PSO (HPSO). Improved segmentation quality was achieved by using the HPSO method with less computing cost & time. MSE, ME, PSNR, Entropy, CPU time, FSIM and SSIM were measured for all instances studied. For image segmentation, the suggested HPSO method has shown to be the most promising and computationally efficient approach to date. In addition, the suggested method surpasses others in achieving stable global optimal thresholds, according to a study of its convergence rate. In 2G communication system, only voice data was transmitted at 64 kbps.4G-LTE communication is Internet Protocol-based which increased data rates to a higher level of 200 Mbps along with voice, video, and Internet are used. To meet the user requirements different coding schemes are implemented in different mobile technologies for 2G/4G-convolutional codes, 4G-Turbo codes to accommodate the data rates. Convolution codes are widely used in 4G communication systems to encode the information bits to accommodate the channel capacity. Convolutional codes are a class of cyclic codes that are implemented in communication systems to transmit a large amount of data wirelessly. The 4G technology uses a Viterbi algorithm to decode the information bits encoded by convolutional encoding but 4G uses turbo-codes, which offers better performance over convolutional codes. The convolutional encoding is implemented based on the polynomial equation and decoding is performed by the Viterbi algorithm. The Viterbi algorithm uses maximum likelihood estimation to decode the information bits. We propose covIoT, a novel Arduino-based automatic hand sanitizer dispenser, integrated with an oximeter, a heart rate monitor, a non-contact body temperature sensor, and voice assistant feedback. This system can be deployed as an end-to-end COVID patient monitoring system and also for automated sanitization. The system was tested on 100 people to evaluate its performance. The mean absolute error and root mean square error values were found to be 0.79 and 1.03 for the oximeter, 1.22 and 0.70 for the heart rate monitor and 1.07 and 1.28 for the body temperature monitor, respectively, compared to the industry-standard devices. These low error values indicate the high accuracy of our proposed system. The proposed smart sprinkler system consists of a combination of Raspberry Pi and wireless sensors which are interconnected by webpage. Once the information is collected by sensor, it is then processed by the Raspberry Pi module, further mediated to the farmer through a webpage. With the help of this smart system, farmer will be able to know about the field conditions such as moisture content of the soil, presence of fertilizer in the soil, pH of the soil, nitrogen content in the soil, etc. for the efficient growth of crops. This paper mainly focuses on the real time monitoring and observation of field conditions with the help of efficient and economical sprinkler system. Every atmospheric change in the agricultural land can be sensed and intimated to the farmer, so that he can automate necessary changes in the irrigation pattern. Memristor-based logic design is a new approach that aims to make computing systems more efficient. In this paper, a one-bit full subtractor is implemented using MAND, MOR, and XOR gates. The proposed circuit's simulation results, which include all of the above gates, have been published. In comparison to a typical circuit, the proposed circuit has less area, delay but has larger power dissipation when compared with CNTFET due to high memristance. As a convenient means of assessing portfolios, prospective employers are beginning to request online portfolios. The system focuses on developing a template-based web application for the professionals. This application aims in solving the problem associated with constructing an ordinary portfolio. Around nine million individuals on the planet are considered to be hard of spearing or hearing or both. Particularly in our country about 1 percent of peoples are not able to speak. Their disability to speak makes their communication difficult with others. Mute people use sign language for communicating with others. But it is difficult to understand by a layman. In order to overcome such difficulty a notifying glove is designed. In the previous year's a sensor based electronic gadget has been designed which displays the alphabets used in sign language. To overcome the limitation of alphabets alone is not sufficient to facilitate communication. In order to overcome this drawback a Notifying glove is designed. This glove works on flex sensor. A basic message's are stored in the backend for each flex sensor. The flex sensor attached to each fingers on glove triggers when each flex sensor is bent. Accordingly each message is displayed in the mobile in the text and voice format. These flex sensors are connected to Arduino. And a Bluetooth module is used to transfer data from flex sensor to mobile. An app is used to convert text and voice message. In the initial stage of project a minimum of five messages are displayed using the glove.
