The views of various scientists on the nature of the conflict are analyzed. Various interpretations of the concept of «conflict», its origin are considered, and the concept of «organization» is also touched upon. The authors have identified the definition of the concept of «organizational conflict», described the types and functions of labor conflict and studied the concept of «corporate culture» as a way to resolve the conflict at the enterprise. The authors conclude that the conditions for the effective settlement of the conflict are the degree of settlement of the disagreement, which is the basis of the conflict, and the victory of one of the opponents in it. The more thoroughly the disagreement is analyzed, the greater the likelihood of normalization of relations between the participating parties.","PeriodicalId":430494,"journal":{"name":"Economics. The authors study the main reasons for the influence of the press on a person's opinion, identify the most popular topics of the press among its readers, conduct statistics on the popularity of the press in our time and identify the age range of people who purchase printed publications. The article is based on the results of a sociological study, the purpose of which was to study the peculiarities of the influence of printed publications on residents of the Bryansk region. A survey was conducted, with the help of which all the results were analyzed and interpreted into conclusions. Thanks to her, families can realize their needs, as well as make their dreams come true. The article considers such an object of state family policy in the Russian Federation as a family with children. It is she who has received the close attention of the state and measures of support have been taken in difficult times of social and political upheavals. The article shows how various programs are implemented in a particular Russian region (Bryansk region) for the most comfortable life of families with children. The measures of social support on the basis of documents granting the right to their social security are analyzed. The authors presented the results of a sociological study conducted on the basis of the Department of social protection of the population of the Sovetsky district of the city of Bryansk on the topic «Satisfaction with the quality of social services». It was revealed that the applicants were generally satisfied with the quality of the services of this department, which may indicate that the employees of this department were able to effectively organize the implementation of the state's social policy to support families with children.","PeriodicalId":430494,"journal":{"name":"Economics. The authors have demonstrated how the agents of socialization influence a person. The typology of the process of socialization is considered.
