The author shows approaches to the intellectual life of a person reflecting in search of truth, in an effort to find his place in the social community. The article examines the views of sociologists on the presented problem using the method of analysis. It is noted that evolutionary epistemology is designed to denote the results of cognition, which are determined by specific human nature (peculiarities of perception and thinking abilities), the ability of a person to «integrate» into the world, simultaneously transforming it. The author shows that the construction of the world (worlds) by an individual occurs primarily in the consciousness of the individual, and with a new round of thought, the idea of truth changes. The conclusion is made that the individual, acting as the main element of the social structure, is exposed to its influence and at the same time transforms the social reality in one way or another by his activity, comprehending what is the truth, what is the purpose of the personality.","PeriodicalId":430494,"journal":{"name":"Economics. The essence of the choice of optimal decisions by the city leadership to restore cleanliness and order on the territory of the municipality is revealed. The theoretical and methodological relevance of this work lies in the fact that the normative documents of the municipality do not approve the economic effect from the implementation of outdated normative documents in the field of economic management. The paper talks about the need to consider alternative options for snow removal in the city of Perm. To study the problem, the author applied an analytical method. It is concluded that the ongoing auctions for cleaning urban areas in the winter are not always effective and save the expenditure side of the budget. The article discusses the prospects for the implementation of melting snow in the city with the use of new technologies. To reduce the expenditure part of the budget spent on snow removal, the author proposes to consider a combined version of snow removal. Further, the shortcomings of modern education in the preservation of historical memory and the importance of regulating the Internet environment in this matter are pointed out.
