The concept and features of corporations in Russian legislation

Abstract

As a result of the reform of Russian civil legislation in 2014, the concept of a corporation was enshrined in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, but the problem of the legal nature and place of a corporation in Russian civil legislation remains open. In the legal literature, approaches to the definition of the term "corporations" are far from ambiguous. The reasons for the differences in the interpretation of the term "corporation" are seen depending on its legal status.
